For the record, I am in camp "Yamato for Nakama" and think her joining is a safe bet. However, Oda hasn't written the official initiation yet, and as long as we're not having that, anything can still happen.

I don’t think many people talk about my girl Perona, but she is certainly not against the straw hats now. Maybe not exactly a straw hat, but I hope oda at least gives her an arc like Vivi and Rebecca. I mean, my ghost girl is a literally called a princess as well. Is that not super intriguing to anyone else? I hope others feel this way and oda has plans for this. Imagine a backstory for her. I could epic. Maybe she was from a ghostly themed kingdom but it got invaded by someone or something and her parents perished. That could be a good segway into her meeting Moria and thinking of him as a father figure. Maybe she lost her parents real young and didn’t get to grow up with them. Ok, sorry this is so long but she is just my favorite character and I want to know more about her. She is just so cool and cute at the same time.
