PART 1- Nami, Usopp, Chopper, Franky, Brook (Comments have a 10,000 character limit)
Nami, Chunin: An orphan from an early age, Nami lost her adoptive mother soon after and lived in poverty with her adoptive sister for most of her life. As a result, she is greedy and driven to make it rich to give her and her sister a good life. Despite having become a ninja solely to make money, Nami cares deeply about her friends and is extremely loyal. She's careful and crafty, adept at tricking her opponents to make up for her low chakra reserves. Fitting her intelligence and cunning is her vast array of self-created weather-related jutsu that rely on her immense knowledge of meteorology. *Air Release: Mirage* lets her manipulate the air to create mirages, letting her create a vast number of illusions at a fraction of the necessary chakra. *Water and Air Release: Cloud Gathering* lets her form clouds out of moisture in the air, which she can control and walk on, and *Lightning Release: Gathering of Sparks,* attracts electricity to the cloud, letting her power up her techniques while inside the cloud; specifically, her *Lightning Release: Zeus,* which shapes and guides natural lightning at her opponent. This ability resembles Sasuke's Kirin, without the need for as much buildup- Nami can even use this ability with normal thunderclouds. Her ultimate cloud techniques take a while to prepare, but they have devastating impact when unleashed.
Ussop, Chunin: Usopp's low chakra reserves make him unable to keep up easily with his peers- however, he has incredible weapon skills and shurikenjutsu that has been compared to Itachi, a jonin and one of the most feared ninja in existence. This ability is the result of intensive training and not-so-intensive troublemaking he's been up to since a young age- having lost his mother at a young age and his father becoming a rogue ninja, Usopp acts out and tells tall tales for attention and has a low self-esteem, although he's slowly becoming a stronger person as he gathers his courage to face his fears. He wields a staff-like slingshot with incredible precision, accompanied by a vast arsenal of ammunition kept in scrolls. He's claimed to be able to shoot an apple 3 kilometers away, and despite his propensity to lie, it's hard to disprove his claim. His ammunition have jutsu built into them that he can send anywhere at high speed. His *Sogeking Technique: Firebird* launches a shot that explodes into a flame in the shape of a bird, blasting off like a rocket to reach long distances, for instance. Even disregarding his ammunition, he has a few tricks with his limited chakra; his *Sogeking Transformation Technique: Flight* involves creating a shadow clone of himself and transforming into a rock, having his shadow clone launch him a long distance away. He's once claimed to have briefly sensed someone 20 kilometers away through a method that sounds oddly similar to Sage Mode, but it's likely just another one of his tall tales, like the time he claimed he'd become the next Hokage.
Chopper, Summon: Chopper is one of Luffy's summons after he insisted the reindeer join him on his travels despite his shyness. Having found him in Shikkotsu Village, abandoned by his parents, Luffy found him interesting, refused to be put-off by him when others were, and willfully pestered him to join him until Chopper capitulated. Despite not being snake, frog, or slug, he is still completely sentient and able to speak- in fact, his knowledge of medicine and healing jutsu rivals Tsunade and Katsuyu. He has formidable knowledge of poisons and diseases and can cure virtually any ailment known to man. In addition, his *Rumble Mode* lets him use chakra to reinforce manipulate his body in various ways; *Rumble Mode: Horn Style* reinforces his horns and shoulders, *Rumble Mode: Power Style* transforms him into a bipedal with incredible jumping distance and striking power, and *Rumble Mode: Fur Style* lets him transform into a massive furry ball that can block any attack with a copious amount of fur. His ultimate technique, *Rumble Mode: Beast of the Winter,* stimulates his cells to their absolute limit, transforming him into a massive humanoid creature that dwarfs Tailed Beasts, bringing his physical stats to their maximum; his most powerful attack, *Cloven Palm Strike,* is capable of leveling villages with a single blow. However, this technique requires massive amounts of chakra to maintain the transformation- once he leaves it, he becomes exhausted from chakra depletion. He's known as the *Great Reindeer Sage* for his abilities, although praising him to his face will cause him to dance happily while trying to deny it- despite his power, he is very childish and naïve.
Franky, Samurai and Missing-Nin: Shunning the traditional samurai kenjutsu, Franky is a smithing genius able to make and use virtually any weapon- in fact, his technological genius is responsible for creating the modern era that exists currently. The only ones able to compete with him in this regard are his adoptive brother, Iceburg, and the mentor they both served under, Tom. Franky specializes in weapons and armaments of incredible durability renowned by even puppet users like Sasori for their skillful craftsmanship. Undoubtedly, his most advanced machine is his own cybernetic body, possessing more weapons that a ninja puppet, many of which have never been seen by other humans before and defy logic and common sense. As an example of this, most of the weapons in his body are fueled by cola, which he is somehow able to convert into chakra- as a result, most of his weapons are fueled by cola and as such only usable by him. Aside from the standard collection of guns, metal fists, and lasers, he can summon a collection of vehicles, such as the *Metal Rhino,* an all-purpose terrain motorcycle that travels faster than most ninja, and the *Giraffe Tank* is a reinforced tank that can block any attack. Franky can "dock" these two together to create the *Iron Samurai General,* a giant metal robot that is virtually indestructible, possesses more powerful attacks than Mecha Naruto- able to create barrages of missiles, fire earth-scorching lasers, and use his ultimate technique, *Samurai Sword Beam,* an attack that can cut through mountains. He's known as *Franky the Cyborg General* for good reason.
Brook, Rogue Ninja: Brook possessed an unnaturally powerful soul while he was alive- this led to him being a test subjects of Orochimaru's in an attempt to perfect his *Impure World Reincarnation.* An attempt to use the technique on him was considered a failure and his body was disposed of- however, watching the jutsu be performed gave Brook the insight as to how it worked, letting him escape the afterlife on his own and exist as a spirit, eventually possessing his now-decayed corpse. He's only able to exist on the mortal plane for as long as his willpower holds- it stems from his determination to keep a promise he made, and he will likely return to the afterlife once that promise is fulfilled. However, his nature as a reincarnated being has a lot of benefits; for one, he cannot die until his body is destroyed beyond recognition- in addition, he can use the *Spirit Transformation Technique* at will. His spiritual nature lets him affect other people's souls more easily with his *Otherworldly Performance: Phantasmal Sonata,* a genjutsu that weakens the soul of anyone who hears it. As he came back from the afterlife with his own power, he carries the chill of the underworld with him and can use it to freeze his opponents' soul making it the only way to counter a reincarnated being's ability to regenerate without sealing them. These techniques are limited as Brook does not possess physical energy, only spiritual energy- his chakra reserves are only half of what they were in life. He makes up for this weakness with skillful kenjutsu- his *Humming Slash* technique is so fast that opponents don't recognize they've been cut until they collapse. Using all of his abilities, his ultimate technique, *Gentle Song of the Underworld,* lulls his opponents with a simple melody before moving in a flash, so fast that most opponents don't even see him move. The deep wound freezes their internals, killing most enemies instantly. This technique, his undead nature, and the fact that no one knows his identity have him known as *The Ghost* by those who even know he exists.

Question: How come Ussop can make Shadow Clones, a jutsu known to require a lot of chakra, so much so that even Jonin like Kakashi can only make a few, despite having low chakra reserves?

PART 2- Robin, Jinbe, Sanji, Zoro, Luffy
Robin, Jonin: Even though she is easily the most powerful person in her village, she has little interest in their customs of obsession with strength, viewing it as merely a means to protect herself. Her real interest is in archaeology and history, and as such she travels the world, discovering secrets lost to the sands of time. On her travels she discovered a likeminded organization called the *Tree of Knowledge,* finding camaraderie among those who shared her fascination. They were the first to discover the truth left behind by the Sage of the Six Paths, secrets of alien beings even Madara was not aware of. Aiding her in her pursuit of knowledge is her vast experience dealing with shady organizations, and the formation of her powerful *Flower Clone Jutsu,* a technique that launches chakra like flower petals to activate the clone technique, creating limbs instead of full clones- by reducing the size of the creation and launching the chakra away from her, the limbs can spawn much further away from her body than normal Shadow Clone techniques at a much lower chakra cost. They can even spawn on an opponent's body, grappling them to immobilize them efficiently. While people who can sense chakra can avoid the jutsu, the low cost means she can launch it many times over. To combat a foe strong enough to power through the jutsu, her ultimate technique, *Blooming Demon Clone Jutsu,* spawns thousands of limbs on the opponent's body in the form of a many-limbed demon to bend them with the force of a thousand limbs. She's known as *Robin the Devil* to her enemies.
Jinbe, Jonin: Despite being one of the Seven Great Swordsmen of the Mist, Jinbe has aspirations of peace between Kirigakure and the rest of the ninja world despite their history of violent and bloody history- to this end, he hopes to become the Mizukage and establish powerful connections between ninja in the other villages. This has caused him no small amount of backlash from his village, and even attempts on his life by his so-called comrades- nevertheless, he refuses to give up hope. Alongside his skill with a sword is his self-created nintaijutsu- *Water Release: Chakra Form* covers the user in a bubble of water, much like a Water Prison, but the user can control the water and use it to augment blows, launch themselves at great speed, and block attacks. In addition, this control of water and the user's own physical strength lets them launch powerful shockwaves from their hands at anything the water touches- these shockwaves can travel through any liquid with ease, even the liquid in an opponent's body, causing powerful internal vibrations that destroy a target from the inside. Using this technique in tandem with water techniques like *Water Release: Great Wave* to cover the battlefield with water lets Jinbe launch powerful attacks in a large range at many foes at once. The fact that any battle with him involves torrents of water has given him the name *Jinbe the Sea-Bringer.*
Sanji, Jonin: Through a tragic set of circumstances, Sanji found his way to Yugakure as a kid, with nothing but the clothes on his back and a dream to cook. Despite being at times too hungry to even think straight, he managed to push on from who knows how far away to reach the village before collapsing. After being nursed back to health, he was adopted by the chef Zeff and mastered the culinary arts, opening a restaurant that became world-renowned. Eventually, he left the restaurant where he was raised to master his own style of cooking, declaring that he'd surpass Zeff and become world-famous. Like his father, he has mastered the *Chef's Leg Mode* taijutsu style of fighting that solely uses feet, to ensure that his hands are never damaged. This style increased leg strength, making the user incredibly fast. Sanji can increase his abilities with *Fire Release: Devil Leg;* this ability coats his legs in fire chakra, making them glow red hot. This lets him propel himself at even faster speeds, jump off the air, and augment his kicks with explosive force. An odd quirk of his biology lets him ignore the incredible heat from his legs, up to a point. All of this comes to a head with his ultimate jutsu; when the kindhearted Sanji encounters someone he absolutely cannot forgive, his technique evolves into *Fire Release: Ifrit's Wrath,* containing all the heat and energy of his Fire Release into his legs, making them glow white with heat. This power lets him move so fast it's like he's invisible, throw kicks that burn through anything, and launch columns of blue flame from his feet that burn through mountains. This technique has given him renown as *Sanji the Blazing Heart.*
Zoro, Jonin: Initially, Zoro simply wanted to be powerful and skilled with the blade to honor his deceased comrades. That all changed when he was sent to guard Kirigakure's jinchuriki, and ended up facing against Pain. Facing someone who's power dwarfed his in every way, Zoro was soundly defeated before being rescued by the Mizukage, having been helpless in the face of overwhelming might. From then on, Zoro swore to become more powerful than anyone, and set off to train and hone his kenjutsu so he'd never lose again. This led to him studying under the samurai from the Land of Iron, taking in their techniques and adding to his own. His *Three Blade Sabre Technique* sends chakra flowing through his three swords, creating chakra blades whose length he can control instantly- his *Pheonix Flight Blade* takes this to the extreme by launching the chakra blade for long-ranged attacks. In addition, his *Transformation Technique: Asura* transforms him into a being with 3 heads and 6 arms, each with a blade- he's able to fight efficiently in this form while most users would get tripped up, a testament to his skill that allows him to triple his attack power. His ultimate technique, *Form of the King of Hell,* requires pouring not just chakra but his soul into his blades, transforming them into legendary weapons the likes of which have never been seen before. In this form, his blades can cut through reality itself, reaching levels beyond even Madara Uchiha, one of the most powerful shinobi to live. However, even remaining in this state for a minute threatens his very soul, causing him to see visions of the Shinigami pulling his soul into the afterlife. People have called him *Zoro the Hell-Bent,* especially after he finally defeated a reincarnated Nagato.
Luffy, Jonin: Willful and stubborn beyond belief, Luffy is as friendly and kind as he is oblivious and carefree, barging into people's lives like a steamroller with zero hesitation. Despite villages being distrustful of each other, Luffy has many friends in other villages- he possesses a personality that inspires loyalty and trust, bringing out the best in others. Despite being simple-minded, he has incredible intuition, especially when it comes to other people, able to tell when they aren't being honest with themselves and being unhesitant to call them out on it. He dislikes people who give up on their dreams or claim that something is impossible just because it is hard to accomplish. His own dream to end the cycle of hatred and create a world of adventure, where people can pursue their dreams without fear of death, is an absurdity that defies the long history of the shinobi world; nevertheless, he has never stopped believing he could accomplish this task. In accordance with his personality, his fighting techniques feel free and fluid- centering around his Kekkei Genkai, *Lava Release: Rubber Form,* which gives his body the properties of rubber, letting him stretch, shrink, and bounce around the battlefield. His insides are rubber as well and with enough practice he learned how to manipulate them in surprising ways- his *Blood Overdrive Mode* closely resembles the 8 Gates technique's ability to draw out incredible power, in his case by expanding his blood vessels and using chakra to increase his heartbeat to a point that would kill a normal person, energizing himself to boost his taijutsu, with a body temperature hot enough to vaporize his sweat- he can use this to his advantage with *Fire Release: Flame Cloak* to coat his body and attacks with powerful flames. His *Giant Balloon Mode* closely resembles the Akimichi clan's Multi-Size technique- by expanding his limbs to their absolute limit, Luffy can deliver earth-shaking blows at the cost of speed and chakra. With practice, he was able to launch blows and expand them right at the moment of impact, increasing their speed. His *Compression Cannon Mode* hardens his skin with incredible chakra control, then expands his muscles to their uppermost limit. This technique contains his immense power, letting him release it all at once like a cannon with enough force to easily turn mountains to rubble. His durable yet bouncy skin can deflect almost any physical attack. However, he cannot remain in this mode for long as it consumes large amounts of chakra, leaving him exhausted. But his most powerful technique is one he received through methods even he doesn't know about- *Form of the Sun God* lets him transform reality around him the same way he can with his body. Turning the ground and air to rubber lets him jump and bounce off of them with ease. His own transformations become easier and more free, letting him shake off lethal blows like a cartoon character shaking off dizziness, bending around enemies like rubberhose animation. Even enemies become affected, becoming more cartoonish and losing power in the process. This power is akin to Izanagi for it's reality-manipulating abilities- as a matter of fact, it is the *Creation of All Things Technique* used by the Sage of the Six Paths, the ability to turn fantasy into reality, passed on to the person with the most powerful will and imagination alive in order to protect the world. He will one day be known as *Luffy, the Freest Person in the World.*

This was dope. You really nail the character design philosophy of "the character's design tells you a short story about the character without them saying anything." You can infer a lot just by looking at them, and that's damn hard even for a good character designer.

Yeah characters like Jotaro, Jolyne or Johnathan don't seem like the type of characters to care about fashion but they show up with bizarre outfits.
Nico Robin is just perfect. It would be interesting to have characters from several anime in Edo Tensei (Ace (One Piece), Eugeo (SAO), Sasha (Snk), Rengoku (Demon Slayer), Koro (Assassination Classroom), Jiraya (Naruto), Escanor....) 🤔
I like how all the crew gets these badass makeovers and Sanji just changes his outfit

These are so cool, although I can't help but think Luffy just looks like a black haired Naruto, especially with Narutos signature Shadow Clone Jutsu hand sign.
Would be awesome to get a bit more detail about each of them, when you did the espada and Resureccion you explained about their abilities. I was hoping to get something similar like each of their signature jutsus, etc.

Agreed Luffy really does just look like Naruto it was a bit of a disappointment. I personally think it woulda been cool if the headband was a part of his straw hat.

Basically a good guy version of the Akatsuki, with people breaking through the restrictions of villages and nations to be good friends. I would love to see the Seinfeld chats that might happen just because of the different ninja ways coming together.
I'm really excited about the naruto-style drawings! I can't wait to see the captains of the Gotei 13 as shinobis or the 12 kizuki as akatsuki members!

I can see Luffy more of a summon type of ninja like saga mode more than tailed beast vessel, considering his way of making friends with beastS IS literally just beating them, I doubt he can be friend with any tail beast 🤣

Nami, Brook, Ussop, Robin, Jinbe and Sanji are the best. And i love how Franky is from The land of the iron, and Chopper is a summon.
For suggestion, since you seems to be on Naruto style streak, i might say Bleach protagonists, and class1a from Hero Aca and/or 1F from Assassination classroom. And maybe moon Demons as Akatsuki

Yes! Yes! Yes! OMG Yes! Everyone is absolutely devine as ninjas. I absolutely adore Chopper and how you made him so dang CUTE. Naomi and Robin are otherworldly and beyond beautiful. While, Frankie, Brook, Ussope, and Jinbe are so astounding PERFECT. Zorro, Sanji, and Luffy fit right in as top notch Ninjas and come out of a fight without a scratch.

They all look cool, but Brooks' my favorite I think. One thing I liked about Naruto is that their character designs are generally cool and attractive, I'm glad you are able to do the same here.

They all look awesome, but I would change a few things:
Nami - Uzushio instead of Kumo. Islander with Orange hair? C'mon!
Usopp - Kumo. Mostly because that's roughly the only village with darker skin colors.
Tony - Kumo summon. Komo = mountains = snow.
Franky - Suna. Robots = puppets.
Zoro - Land of Iron. Because of Samurai. Duh.
Honestly, The way he chose them didn’t felt as botched as we would all expected to be.
For me, Zoro being a shinobi from Hidden Mist Village also make sense. As the Swordsmen of the Mist originated from Kirigakure, Zoro could be a part of them. But, Zoro hailing from Land of Iron also fits him.
Weren’t the Uzumakis red haired and not orange?
The Anbu Mask for Usopp is such a good call back to the sogeking.

Also, RIP Straw hats, since almost none of them share villages and none of em are rogues, therefore they aren't a team.
