I really love sporty Lagoona designs, even though fitness fashion can be limiting 😅 I love the red lines on her outfit too, it's like a subtle "there's blood in the water and she can smell it" vibe, could be about how competitive she is or her monstery side 🦈

The way you redesigned them really fits into this more mature/horror-esque version of monster high: like if they were in college or even if they were just starting their careers in life. Lagoona is sooooo cute and honestly it’s so refreshing to see someone redesign her by keeping her sporty vibe. I’m also redesigning the girlies and I’ve been stuck redoing Lagoona’s because I realized that the beachy vibe I gave her is more aligned to when she changed herself to be pleasing for Gill’s parents lol. Also Ghoulia and the demi lavato pose LOLOL. I really love what you did with her because I’ve always imagined her to be scene-ish but seeing her rock a classic Disney fit but cunt-ified seems waaay more like her.

CLEO IS THE GHOUL! WOW the burial mask as her face and her whole body mummified, the biggest slay of them all, you nailed ghoulia, she’s the tired nerd of the group that has to help everyone with homework and lagoona is ADORABLE, I have been doing redesign myself for over a year and it’s crazy how much you nailed her face like I saw her in my mind, I love Abbey’s monstrous features you gave her although, I would have given her a more frosty look, like maybe the same design but covered in ice but she’s unfazed by it Thank you for these, hope to see more in the future heh❤

@ 1. I just love her design. Even when we got leaks of the new character designs, and we all thought that she was a new character that replaced Lagoona. I still really liked her design. 2. The dolls are absolutely gorgeous in my opinion. 3. Pink is the superior color after all. lol, but all seriousness over this unserious topic, I’ve always been a person that likes Lagoona and this specific iteration of her has been a lot more enjoyable for me to collect and watch. I know the G1 purists don’t like her, but hey tough titties at least I do. 🤭
