Correct akka project u irbeku in my first company no projects we worked one project during training after probation period no projects so he fired now I'm not getting jobs akka some people are telling training period won't be counted as work experience is it true akka ?? I mean probation apprentice trainee is counted as work experience or not
@@nagrajkaranth123 training wouldn’t be considered as experience..!! You will have to serve as a permanent employee holding a project inhand That will count as a experience 😊
