Decided to try, for the first time, soft banana cookies, here is the recipe:
80g soft butter
20g vegetable oil
100g sugar ( add + 20g for sweeter cookie)
1 very ripe banana ( about 100g)
1 egg
1 cup flour ( + 1 to 2 tblsps)
1tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
Bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes.
Recette :
80g beurre mou
20g huile végétale
100g sucre ( + 20g pour plus sucré)
1 banane bien mure (environ 100g)
1 oeuf
1 tasse de farine tout usage ( + 1 à 2 cl à table)
1cl à thé poudre à pâte
1/8 cl à thé de sel
Cuire au four 12-15 minutes à 350F.
