I'd actually say probably yes. Of course, if you get the best cards out of the promo packs, you'll get your money back but even with lesser cards, if the gold cards are in good condition, their pretty valuable and definitely if they get a good grading!
They get the promos from japanese 25th anniversary bb that's has 7 packs and one promo in it n what he says is true don't buy the promos by itself cause the seller can use a light n see right thru the wrapping!!
Also the birthday pikachu is more expensive then every other card except the charizard and umbreon it even is more expensive then the venusaur n bulbasuar

Gotcha! I got a couple of japanese booster boxes but I'm not going to buy tons of them, maybe some more 151 booster boxes when they are reprinted.
