Which laboratory do you suggest to start with? I'm a beginner (but I already have some knowledge)

Great question! To be honest, the lab I believe you should start with is with pfSense for firewall, Kali for hacking, normal Ubuntu for website hosting for example. But if you stay tuned I'm working on a video about exactly this. I am building one for me and I'l share with you guys 😀

At the moment I use hack the box for practice. But you can use other platforms, Hackme is a good choice as well 😀

@@SoBatistaCyber well last year I login with my email on this "hackthebox"and after 18 hours my computer start glitching and give warning of somebody dangerous try to connect.
How you should connect to that page safetly?
I'm really sorry that this happen to you.
Maybe you clicked a rogue URL, or you got hacked from a different source?
Either way, I've been using HackTheBox to develop my Hacking skills for 6 months now, and so far I've enjoyed it a lot with no issues.
