On this Halloween I will wear a blue jumper and a white hat. I'll put a couple of white teddy bears on my head and a termometer in my mouth. I am going to be Global Warming.

A person in my Advanced Earth Science class told me a great costume. On the front side, it's a blue shirt. On the back side, it's a red shirt. It's a redshift/blueshift costume. As they come closer to you, they'll be blue (because they're walking toward you facing your direction), and as they get farther away, they're red (because as they walk away from you they're facing away from you). I thought it was genius.

The graduated cyclinder is awesome! Literally what comes to my mind whenever someone says they graduated (because in French, the adjective "gradué" and verb "graduer" don't mean "to get a diploma" and are actually anglicism but so many people use it like this).
