He's 29 years old now. He is currently writing his Doctoral thesis for a PhD in Musicology/ Composing, he received all his degrees with honors. He has a bachelors degree in vocals, a master's degree in composition and is about to complete his PhD in musicology this year, all while simultaneously filling arenas and maintaining his performing career. Two long time favorites of his are "Michael Jackson" and "Queen".

Within the Opera's context, the lyrics speak of two female friends going to a gently flowing river, amongst lots of flowers and birds, and peacefully enjoy the time there (very broadly summarized). So, basically, the complete opposite of dark, scary, steamy vampire dreams 😅 I wonder why this aria -of all!- was chosen to be played 🤔 but probably just because of it's sheer beauty🤷♀

The lowest note is usually C2....and higher longer sustained whistle note. Total Dimash range is G0-D8. By the way, a D8 is a couple of keys past the high end of a piano. And, I believe his Vocal Fry is off the low end of the keyboard.
I love the whole vampire theme. Doesn't the intro sound like the intro to Prince's "The Question of U" but with a slower tempo? That was right away my first impression. I love the arrangement. And yes, the melody feels like it's more universal... likeit's meant to attract fans from other genres. But the second is something completely different and even brings him new fans. (And acts as a funnel to his channel and brings him revenue) Companies pay lots of money TO influencers to get exposure. Dimash's co-producer on the video, Dmytro Gordon, also worked with him on the original idea for the song and video and they decided that they wanted a fusion of jazz, R&B and rock for the song so he worked with Candice Kelly on the lyrics as well while Dimash composed the song. His Master's in Composition was certainly not wasted as evidenced in this superb composition. They did a great job on the video as well, putting together a superb team. Everything is meticulous in it's detail. I hope this is the song that may break through the US market and introduce Dimash to a wider world audience that deserves to experience his talents. Please buy his song so that it may hit the charts.

I like that - range is nothing without skill and artistry. To me, Dimash IS music - Music In Human Form. But he's proving himself to be an excellent actor. He can act with his EYES. Many actors can deliver lines convincingly but you don't see the emotion in their eyes. In Dimash's eyes, you can see so much. There really is nothing this man can't do.

The one in " New Wave" is beautiful also he sang it in his Almaty concert. It's on his 2nd part of his concert the timeline is 12:07 it's beaifully done. The one in Kremlin is fantastic as well. Within the Opera's context, the lyrics speak of two female friends going to a gently flowing river, amongst lots of flowers and birds, and peacefully enjoy the time there (very broadly summarized). So, basically, the complete opposite of dark, scary, steamy vampire dreams 😅 I wonder why this aria -of all!- was chosen to be played 🤔 but probably just because of it's sheer beauty🤷♀

Fantastic song! Dimash's co-producer on the video, Dmytro Gordon, also worked with him on the original idea for the song and video and they decided that they wanted a fusion of jazz, R&B and rock for the song so he worked with Candice Kelly on the lyrics as well while Dimash composed the song. His Master's in Composition was certainly not wasted as evidenced in this superb composition. They did a great job on the video as well, putting together a superb team. Everything is meticulous in it's detail. I hope this is the song that may break through the US market and introduce Dimash to a wider world audience that deserves to experience his talents. Please buy his song so that it may hit the charts.

I like that - range is nothing without skill and artistry. To me, Dimash IS music - Music In Human Form. But he's proving himself to be an excellent actor. He can act with his EYES. Many actors can deliver lines convincingly but you don't see the emotion in their eyes. In Dimash's eyes, you can see so much. There really is nothing this man can't do.
