What do you use to glue the corner peace on to the Apex seal in a two-piece Apex seal?

I want to ask why in the previous engine of the channel ( black Rx8 from the Netherlands) the apex seals of the rear rotor were installed in the opposite side.

Its to stop the corner seal falling into the larger secondary and auxillarie eyebrows in bridgeport engines :)
