Only thing is the homes are super huge?
There are a few different floor plans! The single family homes are quite big, but there are also townhomes that are smaller

The association fees are high and a ripoff!!! They dont do anything!
They're just under $250 a month for the townhomes and under $200 for the single family homes. That's not horrible compared to other communities in Miami. They also offer quite a few amenities like 3 pools, a gym, a clubhouse, 2 kiddie parks, and a number of dog parks
