Great info! Love #5....seems like common sense, but buyers don't know what they don't know. As lenders & realtors, we shouldn't assume everyone knows the do's and don'ts :)

Will adding your kiddos as an authorized users on your credit card hurt you?
Hey! If your kiddos start using that card and running up your balance, it may hurt your debt to income ratio and therefore affect your approval. I would definitely talk to your lender first before making any changes or adding anyone on
@@AngieMBlanco My lender is great at working numbers, but not so great at communicating. The kiddos won’t be using the cards though. I only added them to give them a head start on establishing credit.
