  • Dungeon Keeper full game walkthrough, this is the oldest game I've played on this channel, released all the way back in June 1997. 2 years after I was born. I got this game after hearing about it for years and seeing it on sale for $1.50. So I picked it up and had an absolute blast. Used Keeper FX to help with the visuals and some of the keyboard issues. Man what a fun game, I can see some of the inspiration the Overlord series used from this game, when they made there's years later. This game was tough and you had to play through levels after lvl 5 or 7 to figure out what strategy you were gonna use to beat it and what to build and where not to build or expand. This was my first time beating it and really playing it. So please understand I'm a noob compared to the veterans of this game hahaha. But I wanted to share my experience with y'all. I didn't use the spells as good as I should have, I figured that on the last brutally tough mission after failing around 20 times. The possession spell is so strong when used right. Along with the Lighting spell (when I learned you could make a big better cast). Very happy I got to play through this and I'm excited to share the second game soon too. I hope you enjoy this longplay of Dungeon Keeper 1 :)

    This one is an oldie, the oldest game on my channel in fact. It released all the way back in June 1997. I've heard people reference it for years so I picked it up for $1.50 over the holidays and had a blast. Should be noted I'm a bit of a noob to the series but I feel like I got better as I played. Going to be playing Dungeon Keeper 2 soon as well, timestamps listed in the description and a little below. I hope ya enjoy ;)

    Thanks for this Longplay.
    Fond childhood memories. I used to watch my mum play it when i was a child, and later stepped into the game myself when i was old enough to actually play it myself unsupervised.
    Such an amazing game that still brings me joy to this day as ive replayed it over the last 20ish years several times. Its such a classic! Dungeon Keeper 2 sadly wasnt as great but it was still good!

      Thank you for sharing. I feel like as we get older we can appreciate things better. I found there was so much thought put into this game. And so many little systems, for example the way creatures act towards one another. This game feels ahead of it’s time, I mean some games today don’t have that same level of detail put into them. Helps make the world feel alive. I’m happy I started with 1 before I move to other similar games so I can appreciate where it all started :)

      I’m happy I finally got around to experiencing DK. It was very fun and I see the inspiration many other games have gotten from it. Also I heard War for the Overworld is sort of the DK3 ppl never got. It was made by fans of DK. I picked it up but haven’t tried it yet. At the moment I’m excited to try DK2 out looks a bit different in a good way :)

    • @JimmyNGX
      @JimmyNGX 8 месяцев назад

      Yes it’s certainly possible without doing the challenges (including GOLDRUSH cheat). Each rider had a specific byte # from Dolphin Memory Engine or Cheat Engine (emulator required). For example, Doug Gust is Byte #0 or Dana Creech is Byte #1. Devil Girl’s Byte is #22 and Troll’s is Byte #23.
