In La Soufriere's inner crater

On Sept. 7, 2024, I went on my third hike of La Soufriere since it erupted in April 2021.
And, without much planning, three of us ended up in the inner crater of the smoking volcano…

It looks very pre-historic...MAGNIFICENT. I climbed the mountain twice, the last time was when the dome was in the middle of the lake. I know I can't do it now, lol. I hope the restrictions will be lifted soon, so that people can experience this marvel.
