Fantastic video. Lovely shots of the lakes and great explanations. We are planning to go to Banff July 2023. We are a retired couple from the USA and live in Texas. There is a new reservation system this year, and we are considering staying at 3 different campgrounds: Tunnel Mountain Trailer Court, Lake Louise and Johnston Canyon. I hope we can get reservations because it certainly looks beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
What a beautiful place to visit! I couldn't believe how beautiful the water was! I'm from Missouri and all or our water is muddy! :) I enjoyed your video a lot. Thanks for sharing!
Great video! Your video made me even more excited to visit Banff and Jasper in mid-August. Did you use an iPhone or a GoPro for this video? We just booked Tunnel Mountain Trailer Court yesterday
It is an Intex Explorer K2. We have loved it. We actually bought two and our entire family of six with our dog fit in them. They aren't the greatest for speed but they've being durable and are very stable.
Looks like you had a great time. When did you go? When we were there last September Moraine Lake was packed with people for the sunrise. It looked like you two were there by yourselves😀
This was in June 2021. It was prior to Alberta opening back up again so I think less people were there because of that. It was also a Friday morning when school was still in for kids. Weekdays during the school year helps for sure. I think we just got really lucky. There were probably 20-30 other people around on the viewpoint and we were able to find our own space. Nobody else was on the lake. It was a very surreal feeling kayaking through the middle of the lake all alone. Can't wait to go back.
We stayed at Tunnel Mountain Village 1 campground. It was perfect. Lots of space, decent privacy and views of the mountains in certain places. There was also public transit (bus) right from the campground into Banff. Day 2 was definitely the highlight!
Great video you guys. We’re headed there in June. Love ❤️ tha your mom drove 11 hrs to sit.

Great video! Beautiful place and we hope to get out that way next year! What a peaceful place. Breakfast with a view…WOW👌

Is there a link to the canopy bug net you have over your picnic bench at the beginning of the video? Thanks!

Thank you for sharing! I wil search for this camping ❤
how were the bugs in June?
We didn't find them to be bad at all.
What sort of prices to camp there ?
I believe it was $38 per night. reservation.pc.gc.ca/
What is the campsite called? And what amenities does the campground have? I'm looking for a campsite with flushing toilets.
We stayed at Tunnel Mountain Village 1 campground. Booked through the Parks Canada website. It had flush toilets and showers.
