It is fine. I have that same grill guard. I believe it's called the "ranch hand" The way it's mounted to the frame allows some play for the grill to pivot. I've had to hook up to the bumper hitch and the weight of the trailer on that hitch caused the grill to pivot forward. A Forklift to pick the hitch up and pop it back into straight is all that I need to do when that happens.
