I think most of us have seen historically they tend to lean to the most conservative, most inclusive requirements possible. So how many contracts will really only require level 1 vs level 3?
Hi Jimmy, thanks for the watch. The best indicator on what might be CMMC Level 2/3 would be if you have an existing DFARS 252.204-7012 Clause in your contracts. From what we can tell on the Level 3 specific side you would also have the DFARS 7012 Clause, along with probably having gone through a DIBCAC Assessment already or if you create ground breaking tech/weapons/etc.. you will likely be Level 3.
