Would DISA IL-5 be "equivalent"? It is actually more like FedRamp High, much stricter, better then FedRamp Moderate.

Although DISA IL-5 might be more secure than FedRAMP moderate, it is not the same. The DoD requires FedRAMP authorized clouds.
