I loved him in Hannibal as well. Totally underrated actor. One of the best.
He was great in Funny Games
He was amazing in Hannibal, that show is the best
He was my favorite in Boardwalk Empire, but according to what ive read, hes really hard to work with, has temper issues, sadly
This dude was phenomenal in boardwalk empire
He’s phenomenal in all he does! I just wish he’d do more.
@@elishagifford absolutely
he is a phenomenal actor but in boardwalk empire he transcended the role, i think that was his peak.
milk drinker
He’s a great actor before boardwalk, check out his other movies
Ugh!
I LOVED him in this film!
He did _SUCH_ a great job with Kuze!
I really felt terrible the way his character was abused and abandoned like that, his poor body deteriorating and falling into disrepair...
💔😢💕💕💕
This is the only other guy I can think of that has that special something that Johnny Depp had. Like a bohemian and not in a forced way. He's completely genuine.
Couldn't have put it in a better way. Very true 👍
@@bleur7498 I agree and I love that he doesn’t sell out
@@StilettoCutsQuick. I'm sorry, I'm not a native English speaker
What does sell out mean? Does it mean to stop being relevant?
@@bleur7498 selling out means to stop caring about the art and only choosing roles that make you a lot of $$$, that's the definition of selling out - when you prostitute your talents.
You just like guys with high cheekbones and full lips.
You know what would have been cool? The questions he was asked.
Michael Pitt's performance as Kuze is so powerful and truly unforgettable.
“I would just listen to massive attack all the time"
I love Michael Pitt. I want to see all his movies. I've seen The Dreamers, Funny Games, Murder by Numbers, Delirious
I have to admit I hadn’t heard of him before this movie, but was just blown away by his performance as Kuze. He conveys so much depth despite being on screen for mere minutes. Truly impressive.
Amazing actor and gorgeous
Really😍👍💕🤗💖
I think he acted well as a villain robot. He really looked like a robotic lol.
Love his hair 🔥🔥🔥
You could not have anyone else play the part of Kuze!
I was utterly blown away!
He needed much more screen time in this, and I hope he is offered the starring role in future films to come!
This is the first film that I have seen Michael in, but it won't be the last! 😍
He stole the second half of the movie
I think he always gives outstanding performances and steals the show in every scene he's in
He’s such an interesting person. His music is amazing.
I didn't know he was in this! I loved him in Hedwig And The Angry Inch 🙌🏻
I love him in anything👍😳💖💕😍
So beautiful!
he's just hot..what can I say..a very very attractive man
I love his masculinity and calmness
Thank you!
He's a really interesting dude. I knew he played Kurt Cobain in Gus Van Sant's Last Days, and he was phenomenal in that. I love the live action GITS, I don't care what anybody says, and he was spectacular in it.
DDDDDEFENSE OF SELF
But in all seriousness. I love Michael Pitt & the movie wouldn’t have been nearly as good without his performance
Massive Attack - Angel... I see what you did there Michael Pitt...
he is everything
5:03 "I would listen to Massive Attack all the time." Dude, Kuze's character DRIPPED Mezzanine energy.
Great actor
He's so hot it makes me sick 😍 He did a great job as Hideo Kuze!
I loved ghost in the shell anime and the movie. Scarlette and Michael both played their parts well. Scarlette was a lot more reserved and monotone where pitt showed a lot more emotional range and played the part perfectly.
Yeah, I love this movie too. A lot of people don't like it because it was different from the other GITS movies but they're all different from each other anyway, even the manga. I like all of them because they're all different and I find that cool and appreciate it. Plus the practical effects were awesome in this movie
@@saudade969 bro the practical effects, cgi, and vfx were all phenomenal in this movie and all the actors brought their A game. Highly underrated movie.
@@SimonLacey-MySleekDesigns definitely underated
I just see this becuase i want more Kuze !
My beautiful Micheal. Hope he's doing well now ❤
This dude is like a Johnny Depp Jared Leto hybrid.
I rewatch the scene with him when they meet countless times.he is amazing as Kuze but not enough screen time and the plot wasnt decent enough
I still have GITS on VHS.
As soon as I saw him I went 🤰🏽
Period 💀
Funny games ❤ i love him
Excellent acting performance in Boardwalk empire, but I'm not sure about the hairdon't haha
Donnie!!!
The Ghost in the shell Kuze
What's he's hair name guys? Looks good!
cJ It’s platinum silver color and I like it 🥰
Good interview but I couldn't stop staring at his luscious lips 😄.
IKR. If I could just kiss him once I'd have something to dream about every night
Were gonna get everybody up inside
Yall see him in Bully and Funny Games?
Where?
@@zachjohns6776 those were in my opinion his best films
Coked up!
The only thing worthy in the movie was his performance.
He looks like Leonardo DiCaprio
no
I never admired him like an Actor!
somehow I can't really believe he watched GITS when he was that young, its not really something you watch "just because"
ShinjiTomi when you are a kid you do it "just because"
He's an inner city kid. He was exposed to alot of art and media that influenced him to become an artist. Me vs. my family who grew up in the Midwest had EXTREMELY different experiences.
I watched it around the same age, on VHS. 1997 or so.
He was the best part of this shitty ass movie
11033066099 That's unnecessarily rude. Be more polite on your choice of words next time.
in the anime his character is a lot more complex
he is smoking during the interview...
how come they were so careful to keep that out of frame?
@@halfminutehero99 hahahaha so ridiculous they trying to hide it... no one realized... I came here just to see this comment
first!!
Why does he have the vocabulary of a 7 year old?
He's hot. He likes keeping it simple
Because he can...
