What a great intro. Too close to those gators. LOL Loving the camera angles and the reverse slide. You were great going down the slide. Those are really nice RV parking spaces. LOL, you took all the hot water. What great shower areas. Awesome wheelchair accessibility. Daisy is so sweet. I am really loving this park! The observatory is the best part of this park. This is an exciting thing to have on the property. Those trails looked amazing. What a great video!!!! ❤️👍👏 Donovan & Jodi

Hopefully y'all can make it there someday. It was exhilarating to be so close to the gators. And this park has never had an incident.

Hi friends. I can't believe how close the gators were to the walking path. Even the power and water areas have flowers...so pretty. The observatory looks like a really cool place to check out.

East Texas has quite a few gators, as it's a very similar eco system as Louisiana.

It was exhilarating to say the least. I had to keep my eyes peeled at all times on those trails. I think maybe 50% of Texas State Parks have a grill like that.

Tiny gator was almost cute. Looks like a beautiful park. Nice campground. Facilities look pretty good too. I would totally go down that slide. I was laughing that you did that. You totally should have gone swimming too. Those gators wouldn't have hurt you, proabably, maybe, possibly lol.

We are trying to get into bicycling more, and we really need to stay in more RV parks like this where there are awesome trails to encourage us to ride... HOWEVER! I would not be stoked to come across a gator on my bike! 😆 I suppose it would make me pedal faster, though, no? Sites looked awesome! Also good to know that the observatory is ONLY on Sat night, and that you can't swim. 👌 You touched on so many great points and details, here! We are checking out/writing down a ton of these areas in TX right now because we are HOPING to head there this year (depending on where work sends us). Thanks for sharing your experience!

It was exhilarating looking out for gators, constantly. The park has never had an incident between a gator and a human. Our goals with our videos is to help people know what to expect when they go camping at a particular park. We appreciate y'all stopping by. You will always be Keith and Poppy to me, McGuires has that fixed in my head.
