I never thought I’ll say this but #1 really hit close to home. I’m a janitor and I make $50k a year (more with OT when I get it ) which means I’ll make a $1 million in 20 years. I never thought of it that way but now I’m starting to appreciate more my job because it has gotten me through trial and tribulations over the years. Overall I have to be able to save. At least $10k a year from now on. The last example with Joe Rogan and Spotify was on point at first I was like who cares I don’t even listen to Joe Rogan but That deal was something I never thought until Alux explain it correctly.

I have discovered many courses / programs that do not exist, yet, in the form of books, paid programs (Udemy, SkillShare, etc.), RUclips videos,. etc. which can be made 'beyond basic' (simple) as to their structure and style of teaching, that are evergreen....that haven't been produced yet. And to be clear, these are not about 'making money' or getting rich... this is content that people will always need, want, enjoy. etc. and yet, no one has created these programs, to this day. What's wrong with this picture?...

Don't forget though that law in particular has a sharply bi-modal salary distribution and most law school graduates will end up on the lower end of the salary scale with high student loan debt to manage.
I did the math. During these "times" interest rate is low as ever so just refinance your loan( of course it is better not have one) for a low interest.
Multiply. One of the rules of multiplication is that when you multiply by a higher number, the numbers build up faster. So either invest a lot of money in one thing, or invest a little money in a lot of things.
Multiply... People need to understand than sometimes is more than investing money. It’s investing time on an smart way . And many times doing things the smart way is not necessarily related to actual IQ rather to acquired knowledge on that field. So investing in getting knowledge is as valuable or even more that just investing money.

He told Business Insider that back then, he was 40ish and the two Steve's were 20ish. He was the only one with any kind of money then and he was afraid that they would rack up debt and it would fall on him to pay it if things went south. Plus, it seemed like Ronald was more of the office guy of the trio at that time and this would have probably continued even if the company had been successful which, back then, was doubtful. Also, $800 in 1976 is worth the same as about $3600 in 2020. So for him, I guess at the time he felt he had more to lose than the two crazy kids he was partnered with, even though he sold out after being with them for only 12 days. Hindsight is always 20/20.
