@@alux quite amazing, this year i crushed all my goals and superceded my expectations for myself by a huge margin, but I'm still lacking in the department of relationships, started working on it from the end of October; haven't achieved anything much yet, but hopefully will soon have a breakthrough (I'm reviewing and adapting everyday). These are very valuable rules for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the principles. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. No surprise that some people are losing a lot of money in the bear market, while others are making hundreds of thousands in profit. I just don't know how they do it. I have about $89k now to put in the market.
Understanding personal finances and investing will most likely lead to greater financial independence. By being knowledgeable about money and investing, individuals can make informed decisions about how to save, spend, and invest their money. A trader made over $350k in this recession influenced market.
Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are alot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.
The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.

“What do you think your worth? What do you think is a crazy amount to ask for? Cool. Double it.”
I’ve been truly surprised by the number of people who are willing to pay double what you thought would be crazy.
Interesting. Seems risky to do but it seems worth the risk as well.

1) Always be with people smarter than you (specially in managing money),
2) No asset can give you more returns than equities,
3)Always invest first in yourself(self improvement, learning new skills)

The best advice: Build MOMENTUM, focus on a small goal, do the right things long enough until you get it, learn from it, then go for a slightly higher goal. I learnt this late in life, well not to late I'm a young 51. I saved and was not investing. Over the last 9 years I have focused on investing and its been so much better, have 2 properties and will buy another 2 this year for more passive income. Then I will get a loan and buy another and rent it, Tennant will pay loan and mortgage. Working hard for others brings little yield unless it's very niche or highly skilled. Watches, precious metals, property, crypto and shares.. Go Alux

My best advice on money : For every action, there's always a reaction. In order to make money, you need to take actions that makes money.
Money will come by learning and making new sources of income.

Cash reserve is still important. I hear so many people/channels saying saving is a waste and it should all be working but I believe saving is still crucial.
you should save a percentage of your income, but most of it should go to investments, for sure.
While is true that you should always have a backup If you put your money in a savings account you are loosing money due to inflation. If you put $100 in your savings next year that might be worth $90 but if you put it into bonds or investments the value of your money increases.
