I would get your hopes up. The biggest problem will be budget and that the actors will stay in it to the end. OP has so many characters and they're always recurring. It is not the best anime for a live adaptation but I salute them for even trying no matter how far they come.
This is awesome, and I understand the reason of why you didn't put anything Gear 5. But... it's missing. If after the screen goes black you put the introduction to "Drums of Liberation" and put Luffy's "This is my peak!" line it would reach just the right mark. You don't know it's Gear 5, you just know Luffy got even stronger.

I feel like this trailer is too focused on onigashima, it would be odd if nothing in a trailer happens for multiple hours of watch time, and most trailers are focused on early posts of a show or movie anyway
1:25+ was really well-done, the editing and clips were really well put together nice job The rest needs a lot of help with the audio though, and some scenes like 1:11 were a little off. Quality edit though you should be proud ❤
