Wirral Historic Vehicle Rally (Wirral Classic Car Club).

The Wirral Historic Vehicle Rally is a touring event around the Wirral peninsula in North West England.
This is one of the annual events organised by the Wirral Classic Car Club, and is open to cars registered prior to 31st December 1982.
The eldest car, at this years event, was a very rare 1903 Napoleon, from the French Lacoste & Battmann Company.
The event took place on 30th July 2023, and the video was shot at the Carr Farm Garden Centre in Meols.
