Thanks for watching my video na ka :D to answer your question:- when you go shopping at the open-air market and found the huge pile of clothes or stuffs with a sign of 'SALES 50 bht' for example this you shouldn't bargain it since it's already discounted :) and one more tip when you go shopping ..'the friendlier, the better' Thais are receptive to friendliness, and the more aggressive attempt to receive a discount, the less likely you are to get one ..enjoy shopping and wish you have a great time to stay here in Thailand, Aimee! :D
