Also, now that I’ve returned to watch this again, I couldn’t help but notice the background for Understanding Electricity is a single frame from the old Play Safe PIFs. Now THAT’S eerie!
Oh wow and they had THE Henry Armitage on board? Amazing! That would have been very late in his life for sure. Pity we didn't get to hear the man himself but the fact this much was preserved from the early 80s is really something.
From the clips we have collated, Dr. Armitage is the project lead at the fallmoore research facility, though we are unsure if his name is just a coincidence with the literary character at this time. Given the odd nature of the clips that we have recovered, nothing is what it seems. At best guess it could be related to the apparent disaster at fallmoore that occurred a handful of years later.
@@TheFallmooreEvent I have a question, is every video on your channel “ canonical” or should we only pay attention to what’s in the playlist (not including the 1000 sub remake)? Basically I’m asking if this video and either of the June 12 1999 videos should be included?

Well I basically forgot to update the playlist. Each video shares some connection, and certainly since it appears time is a bit screwed up, there is no guarantee that every tape has come from the same timeline.
@@juliagoodwin9510 I think it's a clue as to how exactly the Visitor "consumes" animals. If you go back to the very first video, the BBC emergency message about the visitor instructed people to "euthanize all pets", suggesting that the way the Visitor killed them was so horrific that euthanasia was preferable way to die.
@@juliagoodwin9510 Also (and sorry to ruin your sleep again, Merry Xmas BTW), if you go back to the 1940s newsreel video, the distortions towards the end show the EBC broadcast that immediately preceded the particle accelerator incident in 1987, indicating that it's possible that the Visitor can mess with time and if so, that time lapse footage of decay may not be a time lapse at all but in real time.

That was... Oddly quick
That clip with decaying fox was in Christmas theme tape from last year.

The intro sequence to World of Science was so gloriously 80s documentary-esque. Welcome back!

I like that theme song to that "World Of Science" show. What's the name of that song?
Something from the YT library, can't recall
@@TheFallmooreEvent Shazam says it's Full Force, by Andy Clark.
