    Nice one, thank you. It's interesting to see how the words used when talking with ATC have changed over the years. Optimal and clear. I still see some folks wanting to sound like Chuck Yeager.

    You're saying Air Canada Four Eighteen, rather than Air Canada four one eight. Which is the proper way to say it? I've had my ass ripped in Europe because I didn't say each number individually in my call sign, and was told the proper way is to say it like that.

    • @YourSimCFI
      @YourSimCFI  24 дня назад +2

      @@Flightsim-Gaming hey thx for watching.
      so rule of thumb irl is once a controller says 418 you can say 418 if they say four one eight then you say four one eight.
      As you hear in the video gnd had said 418 Twr says four one eight then dep said 418. Not a big deal in North America at least never flown in Europe irl yet.
      Real controllers are a lot less (got ya) then online.
      The focus of the video is eliminating Virbal garbage. Hope you enjoyed

      @YourSimCFI thanks for clarifying that for me. I always hear it both ways on the network, but some controllers just take vatsim way too seriously some times.

      @@Flightsim-Gaming From my limited experience on vatsim, in US/Canada its common to say 'four eighteen', but almost everywhere else (Europe/Asia/Africa) the default is to say each number.
