Thank you mate. Yes new timber wall plate on outside skin. Then 6/2 timber gable
How do you prefer to fix your wall plates to the existing, often the top courses are, well, loose!
We usually use instastik, and concrete screws to fix , or if its loose bricks, eiether replace or remove and build up with timber,
How much is this job roughly in the Uk at the moment with cost of materials rising ?

@Lewis Walker very good price, there is a huge north south divide on prices. We do alot of stuff on pricing on our tik tok account
