If you're interested in buying this amazing game, check out my beta review at ruclips.net/video/OMmZnZseEWk/видео.html Unfortunately, since the game is dead, you can't buy the game though. Hope this was not helpful!
In order. ZZZ, Trials of Mana, Honkai Star Rail, Trials of Mana, ZZZ, Genshin Impact, Nier Automata, Trials of Mana, Genshin Impact, Trials of Mana, HSR, Genshin, ZZZ, Trials of Mana, Persona 3 Reload, Stellar Blade. I made sure since I was talking about Concord to use no Concord footage, I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to have to see that.
The Gaming Industry has started to heal itself, Concord is just an unfortunate symptom. Gamers are idiots but even idiots have SOME standards, as low as they are but still...
We have seen many great games this year, I feel that has contributed to a lot of the bad games failing- give gamers a better alternative and they take it.
Concord wasnt even interesting to LOOK at. People call it a Overwatch rippoff. But apparently you can BUILD? Not that mechanic as far as ive seen was implemented well. It wasnt interesting with anything like cool weapons or badass special moves. It also was EXTREMELY poorly optimizted for each charater. So the fighting was extremely poorly balanced. Basically the worst hero shooter period. On a full MECHANICAL aspect.
Yeah, there was a major problem with the character designs- you can't make a hero shooter an bomb the hero part, and aside from being ugly- if you can't look at a hero and tell what they do in combat, the visuals aren't even functional. Utter failure in design
DEI creates mediocrity- if your goal is to make something political, and you are under tight restrictions due to something like DEI- it vastly limits your creativity and visuals.
@@JestersWarOfficialin what way at all was the game political? The game was a hero shooter about space bounty hunters. I know what you mean by the game being political, but please just say that you're an asshole instead of using politics as a blanket term for something you don't dare to say. Claiming that "DEI" was the biggest factor is plain dumb. Overwatch is a prime example and did the same thing since day 1. The difference is that overwatch was one of the first hero shooters and actually had compelling character designs and an actual (kinda) story. If you're going to shit on something, shit on it the right way. You're the one making it political by claiming that it's "political"
Saying it failed solely do to DEI is only exposing your own lack of comprehension. The failure is multifaceted, but you're not honest enough to admit that
@@sertiana2512no one cares about diversity and inclusion when the game is good. some of the best games of the decade feature black, gay people but people dont care because the game excells apart from whatever the identity of the characters might be.
If you build a studio where the hiring goal is to fill quotas rather than get the best people for the job- DEI bleeds into everything else with the game. As I said- it is not the pure visuals in the game that causes this, but the systemic issues in the studio itself that result in a game that is bad on every level- not just on the obvious DEI symptoms like visuals, story telling and characters.
Yes, the game ran smoothly enough, but it had nothing interesting in the hero part, or in the shooter part- match design, visuals, characters were all boring
Yup, gamers have loved Metroid, Tomb Raider, BG3, games with women, options for same sex relationships, etc... It all comes down to how fun the game is, and how much it appeals to players. DEI driven games make the main focus something other than just a good game though- it's like shooting both your feet before running a race, you might still win the race but there's nobody questioning that it hurts your chances.

Im sorry but that hsr line up caught so off guard. March as the lone sustain especially with a destruction character on the team was diabolical
Ai typed this comment

it did NOT die because of DEI it died because of mediocrity, get it right

You are insane if you get a studios full of zealot activists, instead of competent devs, you get concord

No, it was purely because of DEI. The game wasn't a buggy glitchy mess, unlike most failures in gaming.
