The fabric has a Velcro strap.
After velcroing each panel to the legs. All 4 corners then have zippers to close all 4 corner gaps ?

Complain. Get your money back or exchange for a new one. It’s been a good setup for me. I’m sure I’ll get a few more years out of mine. Good luck.
