It's basically take 3 months maximum after your date of joining.

Thank you for your help. Actually I am from west bengal board and our total marks for class 12 is calculated out of 500 i.e. it is calculated by taking best of 5 subjects. I have not calculated by taking all the subjects as it is not considered in our board. Calculated the best of 5 percentage and given in iBegin portal the same. Will it be a problem in bgc?

Hi, i have a few concerns and request your suggestion-
I worked on a 3rd party payroll from 2009 to 2015. During this 3 consultancies were changed by the company. Now my concerns are-
1. I did not take any relieving letter while exiting the job so i had to create the relieving letter as the company i worked for and the Consultancy of which i created the relieving letter are closed now.
2. Though i worked till 2015, i created the relieving letter only till 2013 as i joined MBA in 2013 but still managed to work simultaneously.
3. As mentioned there was a change of 3 consultancies during my tenure, name of only one of them is mentioned in the PF Service History
4. Though i was on the rolls of all those 3 consultancies, i created a relieving letter mentioned my full term with a single consultancy.
I got an offer from TCS and initiated the BGC. Please guide my how to manage the BGC
That is possible with in same project person payroll company changed internally.
I also have couple bof friends who have the same scenario, but now they are working in TCS.
If you have reliving letter of any proof that will give the surety that you work in 3 consultancy or 1consultancy give the proof of all consultancy then that is ok.
You can show MBA parallel as distance because now a days many candidates doing the same.
If you don't have experience from 2013 to 2015 during MBA then you can show education then it will be consider positively

Some position names are just 'Executive' or 'Analyst'. So do the BGV team checks the actual roles & responsibilities of that candidate? or I can put other responsibilities under that position?

Company match the exact position which is mentioned in reliving letter.
Don't put anything other wise it will create the problem at BGC stage

I got offer letter on 31 Aug 2022. My BGC initiated on 15 September 2022.till now i didn't got joining letter and my BGC also not completed yet. I asked to hr but she is telling that there should be company name in bank statement,my previous company is small scale they didn't deduct PF and also they credited salary in saving account.
What can i do now?please suggest
If company given the salary in account then in bank statement company name will automatically come.
If company is currently running then you can ask one email for the same and forward the same email to HR.
Also ask what I can share as other documents so that BGC team verify my profile without any problem.

If you not showed then there is no problem.
Because upto 3 months gap from last organization is manageable.
So, don't take tension.

Tcs bgc team asked to share screen and download full bank statement for recent (last) company and shared.

Hi I am having total 1.6yr of experience but my 1st company was paid me in cash and last company was paid me in my bank account so my TCS bgc is going on they told me show epfo passbook they saw only one company service history was there another was not there so they told me download the statment and send it on mail and also told to send the detail of company manager and HR who's paid in cash .for both company I am having exp letter relieving letter everything so what can I do should I join tcs or it will create problem to me becuz of salary in cash ..????
You can connect with your previous company manager and ask the same. Because this cash deposit case can be ignore.
First connect with manager and then email to BGC team that I'm share the manager number but I have no proof of salary because getting in hand that time.

Hi, On joining day, Do we have to carry all hard copies of personal , educational & previous company documents which we have uploaded on iBegin?? OR only we have to carry hard copy of Medical certificate, Declaration for Tata Code of Conduct , Affidavit ,Document Submission Checklist??

Right now virtual onboarding process going on so they will drop you the email 1-2 days before your joining for all required documents.
You just need to send as attachment like your pf form, education and experience of imitate last company with salary slip

No, that will not create any issue. They will not ask about this because you already excluded.

Whenever company release the offer letter then with in 1 or 2 days you need to take steps and based on your notice period last date select the same date as joining date on ibegin portal

I had joined one company as IT executive, I worked there for less than two months.
In between,I received one a job offer on contract in one MNC That was on urgent basis.
I wanted to join that MNC and leave my current job. I resigned and was ready to give notice pay.. But HR was not ready to take it.. She said it is not in company’s policy.
She said “Complete your notice period or take termination letter and go”.. I literally begged a lot..but that HR gave me termination letter.
Now I'm doing Job in that MNC. But I am in fear for my future.
In future will that less than 2 months job will create problem for me? My pf was deducted for two months there.. Means even if I never mentioned it on my CV, will my next recruiter able to find it out from my PF account ? Please guide

You not mentioned in resume that the right thing which you done at early stage.
Company will check only those details which you mentioned in interview time.
Just one suggestions, when 3rd party company tell you to show epfo account then just scroll the page on website in such a way that company not visible because some time they take the screen shot will sharing your screen after epfo login at your system.

Hi Sir, I worked in a start-up for 1 year and I switched to 2nd company in that I worked 1 year. So totally 2 years experience.
Now, in my 1st company - they credited less amount salary but they mentioned in experience letter and according to that they created for last 3 months payslips 5lpa. Same thing I uploaded in BGC . Will it create any issue ...? Because they credited less amount 22k to my bank account.
In this scenario what shall I do ??
Company always take the current company salary slip.
If any doubt will come only that conditions they ask for another company details.

I have given a walk-in at TCS for financial analyst role(with ibegin) on 10/11/2022 and cleared all the rounds on that date. On 16th nov selection mail come along with bgv documents submission request in mail. HR told all docs verified but though I have not received my PG certificate so they need approval from their HO. Now it's 5/01/2023. Pls tell me how much max time I should wait for the offer letter????
You connect with HR and ask if submit the affidavit of this document. Is this work?
It's already too much time they took because max to max they will take 20 days to release the offer letter.

My graduation BE financial year is 2018-2019 also I have selected 2018-2019 but 1 subject was atkt for second semester and that subject cleared at october 2019 exam ..and passout result displayed on Feb 2020...i.e on provisional certificate it displays my passout year is 2020...but tcsibegin i have selected my BE 2018-2019
Not an issue you can upload this document and correct the same.
If you are selected in TCS then take HR help to update.

After offer letter, and in iBegin you need to accept the offer letter with in 7 day also need to select the expected date of joining
Do they really ever contact the university for a single student passed out years back? Will the university even respond as there are lacs of students passed out?
I also not sure, but you know that company always given such things to third party company, if they have doubts based on whatever documents you submitted then there is Chance's

In 2022 November I gave interview in TCS by keeping 4+ years and I recieved offer but didn’t joined because other offer from cognizant and now in June,2024 again I gave interview in TCS but now with my guniene experience of 3+ without fake years.Now problem is that in my candidature in “TCS IBEGIN-Next steps portal” is already exists with that fake experience. But now I am trying by removing that fake experience which I kept before. What can tell them if they question modifications in experiences?

Your full BVC going to be approved after 3 months of your joining. So don't take tension.

Actually in January they collected all months bank stmnt from joining date to relieving date of my second cmpny (because there is no any pf deduction but they want proof )and also shared contact refference of second company and also physicaly visited there(confirmed with my old hr) that is my second company.
For 3rd (vendor cmpny have 2.6 year exp work for 4th )and 4th(current company have 2.3 year exp permanent joined and resigned vendor cmpny ) they told they have pf and UAN no. Of both cmpny
So nothing details required.
So now current company (intellect design arena product based cmpny )only pending (last 3 month sallary slip/joining letter/offer letter/pf details/)allready shared and serving 3 month notice 4jan to 7 th April .

Salary slip from last company is required. Rest company need to submit the reliving letter.
You mush have all company reliving letter or may be some proof other wise it will create the problem for you.

I got the offer letter on 23 Feb, 22. I accepted the offer letter on ibegin portal and submitted the documents. Now my status is showing BGC initiated.
In my offer letter there is no joining dates and no joining office address.

I believe after accept the offer letter, then one option came about expected date of joining, and hope so you selected the one date. So that is your joining date.
If you have further doubts then just drop the message or mail to HR, they will revert back with all your queries answer.

I have been selected In TCS and got offer letter, and now my BGC is running, But I have a query about one of my previous employment verification,that company has been closed, I have been worked there November 2015 to August 2018, when I joined that time there are no PF deductions but last 7 months PF deducted from my salary, there seems to be a discrepancy in my PF details, such as the joining date mentioned in my PF account being different from my actual joining date there showing my joining date January 2018.
The Bgc team asked me to submit bank statement and I have provided the same, So in future can HR ask for any other documents or will it create any problem in future or PF deduction history will create any issue about joining date. Please advise.
If you provided bank statement then that's good. If your BGC come positive then no need to worry about this in future.
Do employer verify employee's previous work history from UAN also? OR they use UAN just for creating and linking PF account?
Yes, 3rd party company cross check this thing in front of you.
They will schedule a meeting there you need to log in in Website and they just cross check the things

You directly go to police departments website fill the form and take the print out. Just like police verification for passport.

Sir during demonetization I joined a company who paid me salary in cash format.recently when tcs HR called me and i explained this this thing,first he said cash format salary is not acceptable after demonetization,then later on he asked to send a mail to him along with relieving letter and appointment letter and he will take approval from BGC team ,after that they will say anything.and i also shared that .kindly let me know in this case what BGC team will do.will they reject or provide another solution.
You already did right thing. Do one more thing try to get email from company that they given you salary in cash form.
By this you will never face such issue in future also

Yes, at your vendor level only
Worked in 3 companies, *first company didn't provide experience/ relieving letter* but second company provided experience letter !
*Then how about to upload for first company documents* ? Is it leads to rejection ?
Just the suggestions don't show that company. Because every company are providing these letter.

If you have all details then there is no problem. Most probably they ask HR or TL/Manager email I'd and expect the reply from that email
Hi I worked for an MNC just for one day and resigned(my joining date and last working day is same) they gave me resignation acceptance letter but no relieving letter saying you need to pay 2 lakhs Joining bonus but i didn't got a single penny from them i even said that i am ready to share bank transaction statement but still they are saying you need to pay also they have created PF account as well, will it create any issue if I Join any MNC in future like Wipro, TCS, Walmart, Salesforce etc. And Do i need to pay 2 lakhs even i didn't receive a single penny from them
Don't pay anything. You already have resign acceptance email. So keep that one and share that to other company only when they asked.
Just for suggestion, from the HR discussion already disclose this thing so that you will not get any surprise at last moment

Yes, this is very big problem.
You need to correct this from PF portal itself. Either follow up with one company like current one or last one to resolve this problem. Because they will request on behalf of you to change the exit date.
Meanwhile you can also try at epfo website to change this overlapping date.

How long it can take for completion of BGC Process???? Also does it matter if I have a small house ... Will it affect in address verification and physical verification of address??? The full process take 3 months after your joining it's may vary also.
For address verification doesn't matter small or big house. If BGC team have any issue they will call directly to candidates and ask this. So don't worry about this.
Another thing is, if HR taking more than 1 months it means something is not good.

You can tell truth about the same. Because it's not NESSASARY that all company have PF account. Because for pf account have some criteria

Yes, also mentioned it not relevant as per my profile. So, it's upto you that consider this experience or not. In both side I'm ok.

You can discuss with HR about this and mentioned job is not as per profile that why I did this and do the same thing based on HR suggestion.

No, because its a confidential information. BGC will ask only company level information means whatever mentioned in relieving letter.
Hello , Supposed I have experience in Company A,B,C,D. My current company is D and I got an offer letter from TCS. I have issues with my first company that means I don't have salary slips bcz i worked as a contract. But I have all valid documents from companies B, C and D .

If you have company A all documents like joining letter, release letter and bank statement then there is no problem

No it's not like that may be project for which you hired is on hold or something else thats why they said this...

Hi, currently I am working with MNC, where they done my BGV already with third party, now am going to join tcs are they will do BGV again for my past 3 companies (1st and 3rd company don't have PF but have Bank statement) and what about the Nasscom ITPIN , can you pls clarify these questions
They will check the current one if it's already MNC. If no pf account of previous then you can mentions that it's already taken care by my current MNC.
If you still require then suggest me some other alternative option or documents.

Hi sir, i just need a clarification, i got selected in tcs, I'm working in third company. I completed my pg 2013 July after 1 gap (family reason) i selected 2014 dec in insurance company and relieved dec 2015 (I have proper probation offer letter and experience letter).In that insurance company need to achieve 10 policy and 10 recuruitment. But I couldn't complete in probation period in 3months. Hence they didn't create pf account and only salary created by bank , In this how to tell with TCS Hr and how to complete BGV. Is there any issue in BGV verification
So, in that case show the Bank statement. In that case it will not create any problem

I worked for 4 months in one company I have relieving letter with date of joining and date of releasing later after 8 months I joined another company I worked there for 1.9 yrs I have all the documents but for first company I lost payslips and offer letter but I have releiving letter,UAN NUMBER,PF BUMBER BANK STATEMENTS no pblm right

@satyjeetsainisoft thank for the informative- i have a question- i had worked for one company for 1 month and i do have offer letter and resignation acceptance letter- but i did not served notice period therefore dont have relieving letter. i have shared this detail of offer letter and resignation letter with TCS HR- for BGC purpose, so does this going to affect my Employment in Future (Like Termination)with TCS in BGC check since i did not served notice??
Please help me i need to reponse them by tomorrow - i checked with HR but they are not giving any satisafactoy answer!!

Please coordinate with the HR who schedule your interview.
This status means you cleared all the round and company going to release the offer letter.
For faster results continue touch with your HR other wise it will take more time to release the offer letter. Because HR are always, so busy.

If 3rd party ask any clarification just tell them and talk to your HR also for the same.

Yes, you will face little bit issue, better to request your HR who schedule your interview to correct this mistake. Because now you have only read only access.
Just for suggestion, drop the email to HR about this one so that you have something that you informed this before the time.

Hello, TCS is asking for the bank statement but account is closed and as it was a startup PF was also not getting deducted. Inspite of showing the relieving letter and salary slip they are asking for the bank statement.

You can get the closed account statement with the help of Bank. There is no problem.
First tell them about reliving letter well as salary slip only. If they are not ok then ask how many month statement require. And tell them I will try to get from bank if possible.

My personal suggestion is never ever edit and share any fake letters to anyone.
Try to discuss this point with the HR or remove this experience based on HR discussion
My last working day in my previous company is 18th Nov, 2022 and Joining Date in TCS is 28th Nov, 2022. But in between I joined another company on 22nd Nov, 2022 and resigned immediately on the next day and they created new PF account for me. Is it going to be an issue in my BGV.
Just one suggestion, don't disclose this company and at the end BGV team going to check details on epfo better you can take screen shot which don't have that company.
Or if BGV team told to show on epfo then scroll the page in such way that company not visible

No, but you need to get the bank statement, if they ask you. They will track the closed company by Company TIN number. So, no need to worry about this, only you need to follow up with your HR

I have an overlapping issue with Company A And Company B . In Company A i worked for 6 months but i have not received rlvng ltr and Company B i am joined as a Fresher. After Company B i joined TCS after 1.9 yr in TCS i show only Company B's Exp alone. Now Company A and B Overlap which held TCS BGV Fail? Pls answer. What happens if the date of releiving of previous employer and date of joining of current employer overlaps for 3 days? I joined current company as fresher and previous employer is non - it core company.
You can connect with your lineup HR and tell them to change the joining date. They will do the same for you

They usually take 2-3 week to get back. You can also call back to HR number. And get the feedback, that is the one possible way

Hello sir tcs is asking for complete bank statement of my previous company but i can only download 6 months of bank statement what should I do now?
You can visit any branch of that bank and fill small form related to statement and you will get as much as months you want.
Other way to download from net banking, if it enabled in your account.
My previous company is llp company...so in UAN history it does not show any record...due to this my bgv is negative?
Because now a days it is important. Better get the email for the same from llp company and show to BGC team.

I don't think so because TCS selected the resume based on all requirement given by the Project Manager.
If they selected your resume it means percentage doesn't matter.
