    Eternal youth?! Yes, I look young...this is my Ascendent. This is very interesting as I'm also very much into anti-aging...food- body care, etc. Also, very curious person by nature, and inherently a happy person, but this came with spiritual self (god)-realization. Gemini in both tropical and sidereal/ Vedic methodologies.

    Love this myth. I don't have anything in Mrigashira, except BB, but I relate.
    Pretty much everything about the nakshatra roots back to curiosity-
    1) Open-mindedness [hence considering new paths/ideas] -> implies some tolerance/gentleness
    2) Waxing/waning of moon -> mental fluctations: curiosity is more like a mental spike that drives a person to look further [Sun helps for enough motivation/fire to pursue fully]
    3) Happiness/meaning -> the more we uncover both within ourselves and outside of ourselves, the more richly nuanced life becomes
    4) Invincible -> to know your enemy is to conquer your enemy [Health runs along the same idea]
    Mrigashira is ultimate curiosity that tugs us down a greater/impossible path...it's passion of the mind.
    Thank you for explaining!

    Namaste
    Thanks for sharing most interesting subject Soma.
    While yoga & ayurveda discuss physical, mental & philosophical aspects of soma, Tantra goes beyond on energetic or metaphsical ( sub atomic quantum level )
    It uses most powerful and potent Prana & akasha. ( As a absolute truth on a non dualistic singularity there is only single universal force operating under seemingly dualistic way )
    Tantra use prana to arouse kundalini.
    Upon achieving mastery yogi gets full control on even his destiny and becomes immortal with the power of soma.
    No planet, nakshtra or any other force can affect such yogi.
    I think prana and soma could be same. 👌🙏🙏🙏🙏

    I once read somewhere that once Parvati asks Shiva why does he wear the many skulls as his waist band or something. He tells her that those skulls are actually the heads of past Parvatis who takes incarnation each time to become his wife. Then Parvati questions why does Shiva doesn't die but only Parvati die. Shiva says it's coz he has attained the knowledge of Amrutva. So she asks him to share this with her. But when he does Parvati in the middle falls asleep. And meanwhile someone else hears this secret formula for Amrutva. That was some bird or something I guess. Which in a sequence of succeeding events gives birth to Sage Shuka. Shuka knows this secret I guess but the gods decide not to kill him for acquiring this knowledge perhaps coz he is pure of heart or something. So he basically with this knowledge could do no harm.
    Also you mentioned that one rishi also improved upon the formula for soma created by Ashwins or something.
    And Shiva has the knowledge of Amrutva and there is also the Sanjeevani vidya by sage Shukracharya. Also there is the herb of Sanjeevani mentioned in Ramayana. Also Shiva has this knowledge of Mrityunjaya.
    And there we have these stories of Soma. Prithvi giving Soma to Devas when King Prithu almost forced her to give back to the world for its survival. And then there is the Churning of Ocean tale from where Soma comes out.
    So from where basically the original Soma comes out. Churning of Ocean or from earth's herbs?
    Also can one artificially create a Soma like that of the Churning of Ocean and Earth's herbs Soma through these Amrutva knowledge, Mrityunjaya mantras or Sanjeevani Vidya and stuff like that?
    In Islam I think they say there is a river in a paradise. Where people who led good lives reach heaven and take bath or drink the waters of that river or fountain I guess and get back their youth.
    In the autobiography of a Yogi there are kind of references of Kriya Yoga or something like that where ascended masters know how to take subtle body forms and how to slow down their aging or something allowing them to live for thousands of years through yogic practices. Something Daoists masters were famed to do as well in legends I guess.
    So is it possible to attain Soma like effects in body through such yogic practices as well?
    I'm also very interested in Shangri-La and Shambala magic retreats.
    Vic Ji plz make lots of videos on Kalki Avatar. I want to know about him in extensive details through actual sanskrit knowledge which only you are capable of doing right now in RUclips. Heck, I also want to know what does Kalki exactly mean in Sanskrit.
    In fact I never knew my middle name Krishna meant attraction. I always thought it meant dark as the color of rain filled clouds and referred to lord Krishna.
    But due to you I have learnt a lot of Indian things much better!!!!
    Vic Ji plz make vides on such topic if at all you are not that busy and also interested in making.

    So i have Moon in Mrigashira and I thought about something listening to this. So apparently what scientist say is that calories have a direct correlation with moving the body quicker towards death. So food is a form a amitra( I don't think that's spelled right) but food also has an effect of moving us towards death especially un healthy foods. 🤔

I'm in my mid 30s and I haven't found joy in anything for the last 6 or 7 years, and before that, I would get super drunk all the time. I don't think I've ever truly known happiness

    I think if you read all the literature on Tulsi 🌿 from India you would be forgiven for being somewhat disappointed at the plant itself. A lot of researchers today wrongly believe that ancient people were worshiping plants that made them high as kites.
    The plant used in Central Asia today by the Zoroastrians and still called an etymological derivative of the original name is Haoma; Ephedra distachya. I don’t see why it wouldn’t be the plant from the rig Veda or why the original plant would have gone extinct. Ephedra doesn’t grow in South Asia, but the Vedic religion used to be predominant in Central Asia where it does grow. The fruit is edible and mildly sweet used in traditional diets, while other parts are medicinal. Also they are moonlight pollinators will some species being totally dependent on the full moon, releasing drops of liquid on their cups to attract pollinators at the full moon.

    Is this word amrita in Sanskrit also connected with the sexual juices of woman orgasm?
    Nectar, delight, ecstatic joy... Amrita. Elixir of Life ~ the fountain of fluid that flows from woman when she is completely free, safe, and filled with Love 💦

    • @VicDiCaraAstrology
      @VicDiCaraAstrology  4 года назад +1

      Yes, mṛt means "death". a- is a negating prefix. So a+mṛt means procreation. Reproductive fluids are one way that amṛta manifests among humans and other species. Hence Bhāgavatam says that sexual organs are for "praja-ānand-amṛta"
