    RUclips shorts/tik tok are so bad. i always hated shorts until last year, and for whatever reason i got into it. it has completely destroyed my patience for a lot of things. specifically, watching movies or shows or even immersing myself into the story of a video game. even playing call of duty didnt make me this impatient.

    I am a 25yr old guy and i will never give up video games nor smoking w33d.
    Video games have been a mainstay ever since i was a kid while i was playing soccer, as well as ROTC in highschool and even when i was working full time i still played so its a no go buddy.
    I smoke W33d because i have LumbarSpondylosis and a birth defect in my lower back (i can lift no more than 55pds else i risk injuring my back even more), the pills you get from the doctors office don't work anymore, i take 800mlg ibuprofen that's suppose to last 6 hours and instead it only lasts 2 now. (I am allowed 1 pill every 6 hours)
    Still its an amazing video and a great way to make your life more detoxified and natural, so thank you!

    The only one I have a problem with here is the night people. There are a number of studies that seem to indicate that there is a caste, or order, so to speak, of people who are actually predisposed to more night time or evening activity, and this actually kind of makes sense when you think of it. Who were the people who kept watch at night, the light sleepers who warned of danger, the ones who watched the stars and could ready the tribe for the storm that was coming tomorrow. Those people's genes are out there (and I can attest personally). Grabbing the morning sun for us is just jarring and causes anxiety. Anyway, great video and interesting perspective, I just wanted to spout my two cents.

    I’ve never signed up or been to only fans, I used to religiously play video games but haven’t played in a little over 3 years because I was in a very serious car accident on the highway, I try to get to the gym at least 2 days a week cause I’m in pretty good shape, once again I haven’t drank in a little over three years because I’m in recovery mode from my accident, haven’t smoked weed in a little over 3 years because of the accident, I fap at least 3 days a week because I’m a pretty horny guy and I’m in recovery mode at the moment and have been for the last 3 years, my posture is great I keep my chest up and shoulders out while I walk, I’m in social isolation at the moment because I’m currently live in a completely different state that I was born and raised in and was basically was in for about 32 years, I go to sleep at 9PM every night because I’m very disciplined, I appreciate you making this video I was listening and commenting the entire time during the video, thank you! And I’m sorry about all the continuous repeating, that’s the TBI speaking.

    I find myself overindulging with video games quite frequently. It got in the way of the success of my coaching business, It effects my sleep, healthy habits, and it almost always leaves me with guilt as I spend hours of my life immersed. The worst, is I usually don’t even fully enjoy it. I seek ways to make it more fun and provide the feelings I had as a kid playing games. All that being said, I struggle to quit. You said in your video you choose to spend your down time on other things. How do I quit video games when I clearly have negative addictive tendencies?

    • @ralphankrah3074
      @ralphankrah3074 Год назад

      I'm not who you wanted to reply but lemme give you my take on this. When you indulge in addictive behavior it releases a chemical called dopamine into your body. When you have dopamine, you feel unmotivated to do anything and things you love turn into chores. My advice for you is this, it's impossible to quit gaming. I'm a gamer myself so I know how you feel. But I'll rather suggest you find some hobby or passion of yours, preferably one that can make you money and invest your time there. That way, you actually have something to do. Before you know it,it'll be days since you did any real gaming.

    Bro staying up late really isn't a bad thing if used correctly. For example: During the exam period, I made a detailed planning. I was supposed to wake up at 8 am and start studying at 9:30 am, then I would study until 12:30, after which I would eat something, have a small break, and start studying again at 2 pm. I was supposed to have studied 8 hours at 8 pm. I noticed that I didn't have much motivation, and spent a lot of time on my phone, etc. One day, I spent about 5 hours on a specific task, which was useful. But I needed to do two other courses that day too. I didn't want to, but I ended up studying until 2 am. I noticed that I was able to focus a lot better and had a lot more motivation when it was dark and late. So the next day, I obviously didn't wake up at 8 am because I wanted to sleep 8 hours every night. I woke up and didn't have any motivation. I had just started and it was already 4 pm. But then I was able to study until 2 am again and I had crazy motivation. I decided to change my routine and I ended up doing a lot more when waking up and finishing late, than I would've done with my normal routine. I am not saying that this is better for everybody, but it really is true that some people are able to focus better in the evening.

    I agree with everything but the night thing. I can trick or make myself to go to sleep early and to wake up early, but I always end up sleeping late and that's when I'm more creative. I could get more than 8hrs of sleep and wake up before 8 but Ima be feeling sluggish. I don't even need to have caffeine but Ima weirdly have energy at night and get a lot of shit done. and wake up around 10 or 11

    Nice video, I think the same for almost everything. And for the pot thing, for some people it can be positive as how he described.. as long as you are still motivated when high and are in control when to use it and not the marijuna.. also sometimes restrict yourself from it make sure its not in your system all the time.. and its difficult but when you have that balance it CAN bring very positive things for your life, and it can help you stay off the other bad things things ;)

    I’m on semen retention two months now, despite I still get like urination problems I do a bit of farming and that is the most depressing and isolating industry to work even though I have a full-time job. For some reason I feel isolated at 29 even on retention I’m going to the gym, I still feel like lonelyI don’t know what is the cause maybe it’s the fact that I am nearing the age where I should be married now or have a girlfriend and kids I really need to be more assertive mindful and in control of myself and emotions

    For fapping if you can hold off for a week or so or 3 it gets easier I just broke a five month streak on a whim though I’m on meds that kill my sex drive as a side effect it’s really nice but now I’m getting concerned

    Is the green stuff bad if it motivates you to workout?
