As a irl mortuary student that not only is an assistant but LIVES upstairs of the funeral home. I'm very happy the the embalming process is actually not that bad for the type of point and click game but I think the mortuary is the most peaceful place because no one dies AT a funeral home!
I think you mean all the clients are already dead, everyone who works there is still alive though...
We loved getting real mortuary facts during our stream and it's fun to see them in the comments too!
My friend grew up in a funeral home. Her dad was the mortician. Now she does it. But that place was 100% haunted.
@@janiexoxo I would love to hear stories! The funeral home I am in is very old as well 6 generations! Maybe I just excuse the creepy sounds as, " it's just an old house," too often!

She didn't kill her Dad... It was raining and he slipped trying to climb up to the search party. When he slipped, he fell and his face was crushed by the fact he landed face first on the rock beside his daughter. She witnessed his death and blamed herself for it.

That was amazing! I have seen many play-throughs of this game before, but each time all the scares were completely different which is why I love this game so much. I have also never seen the alternate dimension with the guy before, so that was cool. I hope you guys keep playing this and find all the different endings!

The YT compression algorithm is absolutely HORRIBLE in the dark scenes, especially around 2:06:00. I felt like I was watching The Blair Witch Project in 1999 again - can't see anything, yet I'm still scared. Of what? I have no idea, I can't see it 😂

I've also watched a few play throughs of this and multiple ending versions but I haven't seen the cutscene thingie where it looks like you're underwater and the "let me in" clipboard either.

I can’t play first person pov games because they make me nauseous and this game is so cool. Very glad I was able to watch you guys. Also totally snacked and ate watching the whole thing lol more worried about choking during a jump scare than being squeamish.

Nice shoutout to Eternal Darkness and its insanity meter. Got me every single time the volume was "turned down" on my TV or my character randomly shot themselves. "This... can't be happening!"

I was interested in seeing the Afterstream since I'm not a horror game fan myself but wanted to see your afterthoughts, so tried to go there directly and couldn't. was only able to finish this by tightly clutching a stuffed animal, having cozy lights on, playing happy music in the background and taking multiple breaks 😂😭 safe to say scary games are not for me, but despite that this was really entertaining to watch!!

I've played through this game so many times, and watching you guys trying to figure out how the letting strips worked and where to find the sigils is driving me INSANE LOL. I'm still watching through, so I'm sure y'all figure it out, but GD I'M GOING INSANE LOOK IN THE CABINET LMFAO
56:04 most didn’t really scare me but this one did when I first saw it on another playthrough! I about screamed 😂
I am NOT a fan of anything that contains jumpscares and creepy sounds and all that. I got through the whole video by not looking and biting my nails for 2h straight, literally XD
And to make it all worse, at one of the jumpscares in the video, a dog started barking agressively and I swear to god I almost peed myself XD
I hear all sorts of sounds now- in these scenarios I hate being single, bc I don't have anyone to cuddle my fear away xD
This is spookier than watching X-files right before bed. Every good jump scare got me and I kept randomly grabbing my ears (like putting my hands over them)? Because that would protect me? Wild game, y'all!

I've seen a few play throughs of this already and not seen this either. Cool ^_^
Pausing to the menu works to pause the progress of possession, but sitting in your inventory does not. You can fail if you take too long. It is set up to penalize you for goofing around. Aside from the first sigil, the others do not show up until you infused the body with the baleful reagent. Once for each body. Some endings require you to wait for certain events to RNG into your shift to get, one relates to an item you found but never used, and others require certain items you always have access to but neither of you found. Mwaahhahahahaha! Also, if you are playing on Steam, try throwing that red vase a little harder next time.
