Fantastic video, as usual. Breaking it down for player unfamiliar with the calculator is really appreciated.
I went for Wixwel, and currently upgrading my champs for the clan boss team (Anchorite, Demytha)
Very helpful video. I'm one who has always hated using the calculator, and you made it feel simple, at least for this case. No one else's comps were quite working out for me, so I real quick threw together my own and did 383 million. I couldn't use all the champs I wanted at the speeds I wanted, but it let me make some quick substitutions that might have taken me an hour to figure out by aborting keys in the game itself.

Thanks for this video! Helped a lot to understand the basics behind the mechanics, and I managed to do the comp with Corvis (in the lead), Elva, Wixwell, Valerie and Geo... my wixwell is fully booked
What speed were you running? I tried 5:3 speed and had CB breaking through a shield about round 30.

Hi Colred, good breakdown once again. I built and posted the team and the result on force the day after it came out, with all the speeds, masteries, pre-sets and I thought the calculator pics, but I did not on the later. I've just posted them and the results for void and magic. Still waiting for spirit, which I believe will need a block debuffs champ in place of the dps, Geo . I have Brogni but Marked (rare) will do the job fine. Not sure if you can use Heiress, as a cleanse option as that is another comp different from mine, (High Khatun) so I'd go with the block debuffs option. I will run spirit a few times with my current team to discount RNG if it goes well, and then swap in Brogni and do the same. If you look at the CB leader board you will see the result for today. I helped a few discord members by answering questions, and I'm looking forward to them coming back to me with their results. I've had one thank you so far but no pics of their actual result, which would be nice to see All 3 affinities so far have gone the full 1500 turns on quick battle. I have my son until Tuesday, so I'll have to do a multi-run from Wednesday onwards.

Quick question about Valerie for a buff extender. I've heard a rumor that she has a bug that ruins the turn order of clan boss. Is that still the case. Does this break Spirit affinity builds? I saw yst video about it but that video is old.
I've scored up to 808.13 million damage score with 1 key for Ultra-Nightmare Clan Boss using Vaultkeeper Wixwell, Demytha, Underpriest Brogni, Geomancer, and Lady Mikage. I put the five star awakening on Wixwell, and picked Faultless Defense blessing for him. My friend Adam has also play tested this team on my main account. The reflection of damage with that infinite shield team is is so crazy Colred. I would be happy to show you in Discord if I can never come back to say hi.
I never realize he is also cast deff up buff. Definitely will try this.

clever. i had been under the impression from various fire knight videos that the shield had to be broken for faultless defense to work. useful info.
@@lakesteader I just test them out. It has no use against Demon Lord. It does not reflecting any damage on the shield. Sad.

Running intercept is fine as a buff blocker. Just make sure the team is ordered right so it goes on the stun target first (or make the target a non-essentially member). It actually makes the tune really resilient. I found it a much easier choice than bringing block buffs
Deadwood clan boss calculator isn't working for me. It asks for the password in the username spot and the username in the password spot and it doesn't matter which way I enter things it can't log in.

A couple of questions; is cadaver still a viable DPS for this team? And how does Geo's damage reflect interact with damage to the shield? Does it reflect, can goe be a good dps?
When shield expired the new casted shield does not increase protection. Is this right? So ensure shield don’t expired or destroy is the key to success. Is this right?
I've been trying to find out, if I have a buff extender that also places a shield with the same skill, does it mess up Wixwell's shield growth? I've seen a few other people ask this question and never saw it get answered.
My favorite part of this infinity team is that you don't even need a proper tune to make it work. That does make it BETTER, but I just upgraded some shield gear during the fusion and threw it on Wixwell with 2 extenders, my slow Geo I had used for CB before, and a fast speed champ and boom.
I'll probably try tuning to ensure I consistently reach max turns during the next free regear (I've watched a couple runs and thanks to relentless procs and some speed disparity, it looks like occasionally buffs wear off and someone dies which leads to the whole team eventually dying, but still was enough dmg for a 1 key). But the fact I could just jump from a slow maneater warcaster 2 key to 150-200m (closer to 75m in one run with unlucky early relentless procs) by simply building one champion felt so good lmao.
Will demytha stuff this comp with the a1 shield?
Im stuck. I tried to follow your idea. It seems to work on deadwood but it doesn’t work in the game. I’m using maneater at 212 speed. Then wixwell at 210. Corvis at 208. Graazur at 206. Acrizia at 169. Maneater placing the block debuff first. Wix then a3 first round. The corvis and Graz extend. Then acrizia hitting. On deadwood the shields never drop off. They are always extended. So wix should grow the shield. Can’t see the error.
I would love to see a wixwell team that can ko Ultra nightmare conpletely in 1/2 keys. In small family clan, a couple of us hitting nightmare, but bulk of clan works to kill nightmare daily.
I dont have the gear to go 2:1, and it fails everytime before round 20. Running Wixwell, Demytha, Valerie, Doompriest, & Aothar. Everyone 3k+ defense, and also running 2 shield sets. The only thing I am missing is reflex on Wixwell.
Does skullcrusher as main DPS work? He casts counterattack on all allies except himself, making him a stun target (with passive that removes stuns). And, since everybody is doing 2 extra hits from boss 3 turn rotation - you are compensating the damage with warmaster procs. You get 4 heroes *2 turns=8 extra attacks with 60% warmaster procs = 4.8 warmaster procs, 75k dmg per proc * 4.8= 360k extra damage + the base damage of every champ. If my calculations are correct, then you don't really need the "usual" dps. Now, if you bring-in a few toxic sets the this damage could be improved futher.
My first attempt at any of this building stuff like this. Been doing and stuck at 22 mildamage on nightmare for ages. So far i have hit 91 mil on nightmare and 85 mill on UNN. Changes my account alot. Though its not 100% yet
DPS means damage per second or a good damage champ in this case

How can I speedtune to replace Demytha with Warcaster?
@andrewyamishi4959 In an Infinity comp, you can't replace Demytha with Warcaster because you're using her as a buff extender, not a block damage champion. Warcaster doesn't extend buffs. Sorry.
you can use Brogni as well if you didn't go for Wixwell. Brogni isn't as effective, but he gets the job done. he was the previous shield applier and you are set. it used to be Brogni and Krisk.
currently, I have 2 Valeries, a Demytha and a Godseeker Aniri and I have the dps, so all I need is someone that brings a shield and I can do this, so Underpriest Brokni, Krisk or Wixwell and I'm good to go. it just sucks they are all legendary hahaha!
also you want to keep using Wixwells A3 since he put Intercept buff which makes the comp not get destroyed by stun's
One question : do we even need to speed tune this maxwell comp ?? what happens if I bring 3-4 extender, so no buff will ever fall off
I use this strategy, 3 extenders and no speed tune. But somehow the Champs outrun their shields the longer the battle takes. So I guess speed tuning is a little bit necessary
does renegade work? i have been looking at its kit. i am a rather new player and dont even have any previous fusions. let me know if renegade works beside valerie spirithost and wixwell
boozor already did a video on that comp. wixwell, renegade, val, sprite and frozen banshee(can be any DD) as a very low budget f2p friendly comp, did around 71m dmg so 1key UNM guaranteed

I am currently running an infinity team but its not infinitying I last like 65 turns
I just cant get them to work been trying to but failing no idea why high katun and valerie die very early
It could be your defensive numbers. Remember, HP isn't helpful with this build. Everyone needs to be as high defense as possible, preferably >3k DEF with 5k DEF on Wixwell himself. Also, some affinities don't work quite the same with this build, so try tweaking speeds a little in the CB calculator. You may be able to get into tune faster, which could help. Good luck!

Could I run one of the DPS in relentless?
No. Relentless or any extra turn will outrun the shield. You can still get the damage with the others, but it won't be high. Don't use Relentless or any Extra turn skills if necessary
i cant get it working grrr i got 2 valerie one geo one demthya and wixwell and my valerie get one shot at turn 20
Increase your defense hp isn't a issue in this comp get your speed and as much defense as you can you need to reduce your damage taken below shield growth
With only Brogni having full crit rate, and some crit damage, and Wixwell (4 piece Merciless for the CD reduction, no damage), Anrir (Sand Devil 25 gear), Geomancer (literally no damage gear) and Hellborn Sprite (at 50 and the shield set, but no damage whatsoever) my team did a decent 590 million on sprit UNM... And it's a 1:1 tune... Ridiculous
Whenever I see people make these type of videos, they always have demytha, geomancer, maneater, godseeker, etc. I have none if these champs. I'm pretty sure they're locked until your account is able to beat the content where you would need them.
I don't know what DPS means. I will look it up but maybe if you're talking about something you should define it. Just a suggestion.
It means damage per second. Seems pretty basic but if you're going to talk for something for an hour you should probably define what it is for us noobs
honestly some strange ideas in this video. why even disable wixwells a3 when you can just prioritize a2? also if you are not using someone like high khatun, gear requirements go way up, and this comp becomes much harder to set up for new players, which is its point
