These are defining moments in a mans life, where you dig deep into the depths of abilities you did not know existed. You walk away knowing you are a better man than you ever realized. This was a great production Andy.....you and Simon make a great combination.

I started watching your videos several months ago and I am addicted. Your narrations and representations of nature and wildlife is inspiring. My mother used to say, “I’ll wait for the video”, she made such a wise statement. Now, because of your videos I absolutely get it ! Thank you so much for all the time and attention you put into ALL of your videos. Your Gentlemanly British charm and your 😮 beaverish smile are captivating!

Next time you plan to go back there, don’t put so much pressure on yourself to be at a certain point by a certain time. Just take it slower so you can enjoy the moments for longer. Explore the land your camping at for a few days or just go out on the canoes around that area and explore more. I think with less pressure will give you more time to double make sure you have everything.
Each year you go out there you gain more knowledge and it’s been amazing to watch your adventures, which by the way was fantastically edited and put together. I wish it was long I could look at the lakes and trees and just pretend am with you guys, apart from am at home comfy and warm and dry lol. Anyway thank you so much for putting this together and sharing with us all. Can not wait til next time you guys go back.
Also doing a video together talking about what you would do differently, what would or wouldn’t you take with you and why.
I watched both of your videos of the 1st time you went only 2/3 days ago. I loved the difference in how you both film.
Anyway Thanks again for sharing 👌🏼

And not film everything for youtube, the amount of time and experince that takes away from a great experince/trip is huge. Im from norway, and i do several week long trips and are just enjoying them to the fullest.

@@turjiIdk how these people do it but I'm glad they do so I can enjoy it, lol. I can't stand to even take pictures when I'm on a vacation bc I think it takes away from the whole experience. I'm only getting to see what is coming through my lens and not everything else around it so I feel like I'm missing half of the trip if I'm only seeing parts of what's around me.

The landscape looks very similar to the Boundary Waters in northern Minnesota which is a pristine system of expansive fresh water lakes. No wonder so many Scandinavian people immigrated to Minnesota (including my Scandinavian ancestors), the landscape and climate were similar to their homeland. If I were you, I’d get some parachute boots, including wool socks and over the wool socks plastic bags, up to the knee, or to the hip. Use tape or plaster to fix the boots to the fire overnight or in the bag on the feet.
