It's the producer's and company's discretion especially to new groups. As you see Player was a bit more playful song hence they were able to let Onda sing more. Don't expect her to sing any significant parts like the Bridge and even choruses with hard melodies because it's a default that the lead and main vocal will get those (Just refer to Gfriend for close reference, it's always Eunha and Yuju with a little SinB because she's SubVocal1 and to some extent Yerin) I mean it may look unfair but these things have their reasons and it's the company and producer's opinion that this is the best for the song and group most of the time.
