I love that these guys want to improve neighborhoods, not just flip for huge profits which make neighborhoods too expensive for so many. I love their philosophy.
@@M.Campbell They do! It’s my relaxing show. They are always kind and trying to give people something a little extra. There doesn’t seem to be a big greed component to their philosophy. They make enough to have a nice life and to be able to continue what they seem to love. I also love their relationship with Shea and her family. It seems to be genuine.
Love what you gents do for this community. One that was struggling with so many burned out abandoned, outright busted up, forgotten houses. You humbly take them on, warts and all, and transform them into beautiful revitalized homes! Thank you for what you do, and for caring! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I love the cozy cabin theme with all the plaid (even bathroom tile!) and furry throws everywhere. These fellows lift the spirits by making their transformations aesthetic and not only serviceable.
Green is the in colour at the moment - but it's so soothing and timeless too. Beautiful Reno. The tiles in the Main bathroom look like wallpaper. Just gorgeous.
I've seen many of your house renos, and I think this is the most beautiful, elegant one of all. Of course, there's no accounting for taste. But every detail in the house is my taste. You knocked it out of the park. So glad you do what you do and share it with us.
@SerendipityNJ While also providing a buyer with the opportunity of a well finished, safe starter home for $135,000. Lifting people into home ownership who may otherwise never have that chance.
What I love about Evan and Keith is that they don't design cookie cutter. Their houses are so interesting and unique. That house is beautifully done and decorated after they are finished with it
I have to agree because the before and after is so striking. I am amazed by how well the curtains work for every room! The furniture arrangements are top notch. I was against the kitchen cabinets not going to the ceiling beside the stove until I saw the butler's pantry 😍
This home truly captivates me in every way! The bins, in particular, add a unique charm and character that enhances the overall aesthetic. They not only serve a practical purpose but also contribute to the home's distinctive personality, making it feel warm and inviting. It's the little details like these that create a truly special living space.
I can't keep looking on this house! ❤ The staging captures the aesthetics of the kitchen so good. The counterspace feels really large in comparison to the actual size of the house. Their love in the details is stunning. Loved all of it. Even these massive beams. That they did it more flat, makes the difference for me. The carving reminds me a bit of an victorian vibe. Despite it's a very dark wood, it works really well. At the beginning i had no imagination how roomy the upstairs bathroom could be, but now it's phenomenal. I love these guys so much ❤❤❤🎉 P.s. the lady in full leather looked so great 🤩 Very stylish.
First time viewer. A couple critiques: 1. The black wood chips take away from the house. 👎 2. How do you walk through the living room? Notice how they didn't show that? The rest of the house looks beautiful. I came for the renovation but stayed for the lady in peach. She's got such a great personality!!!
OK, I've frequently not loved what Keith and Evan do with the interiors in their projects but the transformation in this house is awesome. I would totally buy this as is.
And I think having that peninsula counter right across from the fridge was a bad choice too, they could've just extended the cabinets against the wall. With the peninsula anyone opening the fridge would block the entryway to the kitchen entirely.
These guys are one of my favorites. I notice that all of the HGTV shows here on RUclips never seem to have the full episodes. I wonder why that is. Anyone know?
The fridge door handle is facing away from the kitchen. I would change the handle to right side. Love what these 2 do to save these houses with good bones.
All the tiny tiles with white grout in the bathrooms is a MAJOR MISTAKE! I have it and I hate it because it is horrible to keep clean. Other than that, it’s beautiful.
For a while I wanted to comment on these guys for the beautiful and amazing way that they do in their renovations, I have been watching the show for a long while, but I decided today to subscribe and make a comment, Keith have a talent and is amazing👍👏😄! He takes simple items even garbage and make it beautiful and between both of them and Share the real estate agent and great friend the 3 of them are wonderful together, I enjoy the comrade ship between them in getting the job done, thanks for sharing, and keep on doing the best you all can, working together 😇👋❤✊🏼😄🙋
Terrific and amazing transformation. Growing up in the 1960s, I had an aunt and uncle with almost this exact same house (just brick and slightly larger). Their floorplan was identical, though the upstairs bedroom did not have an added bath (their daughter had the entire upstairs as her domain). The bedrooms downstairs were for their son and them. Over time they added a large utility room and breakfast nook to the back of the house (instead of a butler's pantry). And they punched a hole in the left side wall between the LD and DR and added a screened porch on the side, which much later they turned into a TV room.
I wonder if there was a bidding war because all those people who saw the inside really loved the house! Would have loved to know what it sold for and who actually got the house. I was shocked to see an upstairs you have no idea it's actually 2 floors from looking at it outside. ❤❤❤❤
I would of done a laundry room instead of a butler's pantry. Other than that these guys did a phenomenal job on this house!!! This house is absolutely beautiful!!! I wonder if the lady who was wearing glasses brought this house 🤔
Stunning and the price is great too! Here in London you can only dream about having something like this. The only thing I'd change would be the green to different shades of blue because that's my favorite color. Great job, guys!
@ericaharel4386 Maybe tucked into a cupboard somewhere. Actually, now I'm thinking -- I've never seen these guys build in laundries into any of their projects. Maybe this is Laundromat Central?! 😁
Great Floorplan ❤ I'd remove the coffee table for leg room. There's already small tables by the couch and chairs. I'd remove the electric fireplace too. Taking up valuable space.
lovely, cozy, charming 🙂the only thing I dont like are the stones left and right next to the entrance stairway...some nice plants would havew been nice
cute house, it needs a dishwasher and switch the door on the refrigerator to face inward to the kitchen. larger vanity in downstairs bath. Is there a closet for the upstairs bedroom?
The 3 bedrooms are nice. The house is a good size plus if people can live in tiny homes of 400sqft or less, how much more this. It would make a great starter home for a family with small kids and occasional guests. Also, this is a staged deco. A minimalist with little furniture would make it work even better.
I really like it, I would have just moved the fridge to the other side of the sink and put the countertop near the dining room to make it feel more open. The fridge makes it feel a little closed off
If you think that house is "tiny", you've lost all perspective. No wonder there's a housing crisis. People wanting much more house than they need. It's insanity.
Am I right in thinking this house changed to a two bedroom? Or did they just not show us the bedroom in the rear RH corner of the floor layout plan? (see 1:19 mins)
So glad to see that you guys put in a farmhouse, single bowl sink in this kitchen. I don't like the double bowl sinks you keep putting in your kitchens. Keep those single bowl sinks coming. They are much more practical and certainly more roomy than the Double ones. Do the furnishings come with the house? Would love to know the answer to this. I love your decorations. They are unique. You did a great job here. Love your show.
good job on the upstairs bath but I would have made the downstairs one a half bath. They could have had more storage with built in dresser or shelves in the lower wall of the master bed room.
The passion for plaid is not my cup of tea! Especially, the plaid tile on the on suite bath walls! Ugh! Was there a sale? Other than the plaid, the colors are soothing & cozy. Makes you want to rush home each day! Great use of this house's square footage! Great work on the exterior!
I love that these guys want to improve neighborhoods, not just flip for huge profits which make neighborhoods too expensive for so many. I love their philosophy.
Me, too.
And everything in the house comes with it for the sell price.
And they do quality work! Too often flippers just slap things together and paint over problems.

This is one of their best interior designs and i love that they found creative ways to solve problems.
knocked it out of the park with this one! Adding a butler's pantry was genius way to overcome such a small kitchen.

Agree!

Absolutely beautiful renovation!
This transformation was truly beautiful. I would buy this home in a heartbeat
Very nice. Need to switch the fridge handles so the doors open INTO the kitchen. Don't know why people don't seem to know this...
And I think having that peninsula counter right across from the fridge was a bad choice too, they could've just extended the cabinets against the wall. With the peninsula anyone opening the fridge would block the entryway to the kitchen entirely.
i really like these later home vids where the design is not so 'hi concept' but actually charming and livable. this is a great little house

Nicely done guys. Looks good.
Great renovation
Your work is exemplary gentlemen. Well done. Very well done!!
I love these guys so much we need more people like this in the world!!!!
Would prefer to have a mud room/laundry somewhere but it’s very nice just the same.
This is really amazing! Such a complete and beautiful house inside such little square footage 😮 Also so luxurious with possibly quite a low price tag.
Evan has mad building skills! Some of those homes seem impossible to renovate. What a team - Keith has the vision, and Evan brings them to life ❤
This is absolutely gorgeous!!
You guys just turned it up on this house absolutely amazing looks real pretty

I love these cute little city homes. And I love this show
Wow! Really great reno. My only change would be to have made that Butler's pantry a laundry room. But thats really amazing space for 1000 sq ft.
Well done boys
Instead of 3 bedrooms, I would have taken a wall out to create more space. House is so small, 2 bedrooms is enough
The 3 bedrooms are nice. The house is a good size plus if people can live in tiny homes of 400sqft or less, how much more this. It would make a great starter home for a family with small kids and occasional guests. Also, this is a staged deco. A minimalist with little furniture would make it work even better.
