I would place most of the blame of the way Peter is on the parents. As I don't think they realise kids aren't perfect so when Peter does something wrong he does overreact like he's going to be disowned for sometimes pretty minor stuff so Peter will have issues when he's older.
In the story ‘Horrid Henry and the Comfy Black Chair’ Henry sneaks downstairs to sleep in the chair, it’s pitch black, when Henry finds the chair he jumps on it and lands on Peter, obs they both scream, Dad storms in and Peter makes up a story saying how he was thirsty and came down for a drink and on the way back he felt sleepy and went to ‘sit down’ obs in the black chair. But Henry got revenge on him by setting Peters alarm forward and then going downstairs and turning the TV to the loudest volume, Peter got a months ban on the TV. Also in the Horrid Henry Horrid Revenge episode, only years later I just noticed that Peter was painting on the floor with no covering such as a newspaper!
Let me get this out of the way, about the thumbnail, Perfect Peter could not be a psychopath because he's shown emotion lots of times. Psychopaths have their emotions tuned way down, Perfect Peter does not, Perfect Peter has normal kid emotions. He can be annoying, yes, but I think it's the parents faults more than anything.
Oh yes!😒 I know Perfect Peter and i hate him he’s always acting like a goody-two shoes and I hate that!😒 I mean no kid is perfect and just like Henry Henry is not naughty he’s just being a kid and he’s acting like how he should be acting for his age but Peter thinks he should be perfect all the time where as Peter acts innocent but he is not actually innocent at all!😤 despite his innocent behaviour he’s done some bratty things such as the time he threw Henry’s sock on the floor in one episode where Henry was actually doing something good for once and Peter just ruins his hard work by getting Henry into trouble with his mum by throwing the the sock on the floor and then Henry takes the blame when he wasn’t doing anything. Also Peter takes the sock to his room without telling his mum that he took it and Henry’s pet hamster Fang had to get it back for Henry. I don’t blame Henry for getting Fang to get the sock that Peter had stolen back and as for Peter I totally hate him!😡and I love Henry!😊 I agree with this video!😁👍
