- Again, I'm back flying the Su-25T Frogfoot in Operation Grayflag - Persian Gulf. This was actually an old clip and i hope this video will demonstrate the venerable Frogfoot is still one of the most capable strike aircrafts in the server. I did SEAD, CAS, Dogfight in a single flight, pretty fun!

I would love to see this thing made full fidelity. Yes, it was a prototype with only limited numbers. But so was the KA-50. They even use some of the same systems. And it being a prototype might mean it's even possible to make.
Yeah. I loved to fly full fidelity of Su-25a / Su-25SM & Su-25T.
Except it's a prototype that saw service. It's one thing if it was a paper system it's another if it was actively used which it was. I doubt we will ever see the T better luck on the A seeing as it's all outdated

@@snakeoo7ca you dont understand how DCS in Russia works. They dont produce full fidelity modules with reasonably modern Russian tech because the gov wont let them. The only reason we got the ka-50 with modern russian tech is because it was a prototype that never saw use. The T model is too relevant where the Russian gov wouldnt give clearance

One of my favourite planes. Shame there is not more content for it. Campaign about russian intervention in syria would be epic.
Yeah. Not many mission or campaign for the Su-25. But i sure have fun flying in multiplayer, still deliver the result despite not modern or fast like others jets in DCS World inventory
Hopefully they release a full fidelity Su-25, such a fantastic aircraft
Oh yes, definitely a day 1 buy for me. Not fair to have A-10 full fidelity. I would love to fly the latest Su-25sm variant too!
@@Rodz88 imagine having those KH38s to dunk on ground units from 15km, aint nothing a manpad or sam site can do to you from there XD
She is one of my favorite but the worst thing is DAME TV reflection. I usually can not see things under sun light. Also has no trim reset which makes so hard to control after ACS. God damn ED
So do i. The frogfoot was my mentor when i was new & haven't decided to fully commit myself to this new hobby. I been flying her for months until i bought my first full fidelity jet during sales.

As a frogfoot main for 7 years, it's really the best platform for SEAD, and that's the only mission this plane is nice. 6 missiles, each can fly at different target. If no anti-missiles systems like sa15 or sa19 are present, it can kill 6 radars.
And even if that are present, still 6 missiles outperform any aircraft currently in DCS.
Also, don't take jammers. They do almost nothing, and it's better to carry 2x R60m
Nice! A hardcore Su-25 driver! Yeah, i kinda figure out it doesn't offer much jamming. She can definitely do SEAD, paired with the vikhr, we can take out the entire site inclusive all the SHORADs & AAAs

What about Su-34 with 6xKh-31 or the long range of the AGM-88 with F-16E+F and F-18E+F? But yes i love this bird too ;)
@@chrisihg2253 yes show me flying these in DCS. And I don't think su34 can take 8, I think it can 4. But I might be wrong.

With damaged gear, I usually tend to just land it on the belly, so you don’t slam down on one side.

Yes this attacker is amazing. I mean you have a weapon for all really for all. R-73-77 for enemies in the sky. And a really great arsenal for ground. It is fast but not to fast or to slow. It can uses for so many missions and i love the camera in the nose. But i have never understood why they have not given the Su-25TM as flyable bird.@@Rodz88

Rodz88, I am following your channel for a while. I noticed that you like mud moving as much as I do. Did you play around with the A-10 ? You would have a BLAST. Mostly provide the same feeling as the Su25, but it is high fidelity. But the gatling GAU-8 will give you shivers.
But getting close enough to use your gun will get you killed.

I do own the A-10c II, i bought it on the last Halloween sales. Im still slowly learning system especially those hotas bindings. Because sometimes i just feel i had a lazy day & just wanted to fly something simpler. But i will definitely be doing A-10 contents soon.
In the Enigma Cold War Server, A-10a has always been my go to jet & i like hunting enemy helos in A-10. I had a compilation of guns kill in Enigma Cold War, super satisfying
@@Rodz88 Yeah the A-10 is a bit of a bitch to learn. But if you stick to rocket and the GAU-8, it is quite simple and can be learned quickly. I should stick around multiplayer server a bit more. But I am more of a bomber than a dogfighter. I CANNOT wait for ED to finally release the dynamic campaign. Not sure how old you are , but the dynamic campaign in Falcon 4.0 was amazing and I spent countless night figuring out which target to pick to change the balance of the war. Dynamic campaign in multiplayer will be crazy fun in DCS.

Are those jamming pods you have attached? One on either wing and one carried under bellied ?
The ones on the last pylons on each wings are ECM jammers. The pod on the belly is for sead, searches for electro signals, the first 2 missles he launched were for sead.

Yeah. I always prefer the Su-25a to Su-25t
In this case the Su-25t was much closer to the Frontline. So i selected it + i needed the SEAD capability.
Love both variant!
Most capable would be the A10 really, however that aircraft is also FAR more expensive to fly, not to mention the weapons. The Frogfoot is the best value for money in that aspect.
I'd argue the 25t is more capable seeing as it also carries SEAD capabilities not to mention you can carry more vikhrs than the a10 can carry Mavericks. If your talking the A-10c 2 sure it has more modern systems it's a more modern plane but it's still limited in its scope in comparison to the SU platform with multiple options for deployment

It is a so big shame that they nrver did an A-10E and a Su-39SM in my opinion.
But it is so mean that we can not fly the Su-39 (Su-25TM) in DCS. I mean why the Su-25T and not the Su-39?

Su-25T & Su-25 has always been made available in the server, you can fly it. i sometimes flew the su-25t if i feel too lazy to fly the full fidelity jets 🤣
