There was a Cartoon Network show based off of the Mad Magazine. In one of their episodes, they had a skit called Doctor Who's Line is it Anyway, where the Daleks make Ten, Eleven, & Wayne Brady compete in Who's Line is it Anyway
I'm serious! If it were up to me, i'd round up every single cat there is in this world, line them up before a firing squad, and then have them be shot to death!
Credit where it's due. As much as this was just a silly thing, they kept the Dalek behavior/characterization pretty on point. Whoever did that bit of work kept in character remarkably well.
That will have been Nicholas Briggs doing the voice. He's a writer and actor in his own right as well as having done the Dalek voice for literally like 25 years so it's no surprise he''s able to stay in character.
You can tell this Dalek is a bit more "fidgety" than usual, they don't normally wave the eye stalk and weapons around as much as this, but I suppose with a live audience and out of context like this there's a greater need to keep up some movement to not just be static.
