Sleep is something I can't decide to do. I might sleep great for a few hours then lie awake until it's time to get up and there is nothing I can do about that. I will try the apple cider vinegar.

Could you make a video about low cortisol? I see lots of info about high cortisol but mine is in the toilet. I don’t know how to adapt the information for high cortisol to help me. Is the treatment the same?

I'm working on this with everything in me. My job is hugely demanding and stressful. So it's not easy by any means. Working out helps, but I'm not sure it's making a big difference.

I'm 54 and in menopause. I don't sleep well and enough because hot flashes wake me up all nights long. So my maximum of sleeping is 3-4 hours. 😢

I am not getting any deep/REM sleep after the first half of my sleep... unless I am getting to 8-9 hours sleep (rarely happens) then I get one more deep sleep cycle towards the end. how can I improve my deep sleep ??

I had to get off of nightshift. Worked it for 4 years and decided enough is enough my body wanted to sleep at those hours, so I stopped working against it
