First, Nate and Jeremiah are one of the most attractive couples I've ever seen. Okay, that's out of the way. This kitchen is beautiful. I love, love the tile backsplash and the walnut cabinets. This couple was really fun, too. Great color on the oven!
I’m in love with Nate and Jeremiah, there designs are just amazing. Every project is perfection, it’s like they can look into the clients mind, heart and soul and give them everything they ever dreamt about, hoped and longed for.xxxxxx
Oh my gosh that house is so beautiful. They truly honored the mid centry modern architecture in the BEST possible way with their interior design. So well done.
I’m not a fan of mid-century but this is gorgeous!! Love this well organized, thought out couple! What a gorgeous home! The landscape lighting is incredibly done. Yay!
Wow!! The layout, design and finishes are amazing! I hope this beautiful family enjoys many many many happy times in their stunning home. Nate and Jeremiah are the best.
Not an interior design person. However really appreciate TIMELESS decisions Even l say holy moly. This is just perfect for Ever . So happy for this hard working Couple who deserve this awesome home . Great work to these two designers!
When this originally aired, I jumped on my iPad and started taking pictures, as this was what I want in my kitchen, I had no idea what the floor was even called.... this episode blew me away! I’m now saving.... for my perfect kitchen
I think the yellow oven looks like a cartoon, myself. But it’s their house and they picked it, so as long as they enjoy it. It was great to see that they were able to match the floors. I agree with the homeowners that keeping the tile throughout is important.
waaaaw.. i love it.. the oven is incredible.. exactly I got mid century vibes ..here in Europe it was all about the colors, like I am transfer to my grandma's kitchen with blue and yellow ..big thumbs up guys.
Like how you worded this. Some elements are not to my taste, but I love the island and stools. That fireplace is so cool, it deserves a great design. Very unique elements. Love the backsplash.
I love midcentury, poeple are saying its going out of style, but I loved it before it was even in style in recent years. The handful of midcentury furniture pieces Ive thrifted are my most favourite and I will never get rid of them. I really enjoyed seeing a European take on midcentury too as I live in the UK and so my influence has always been European, rather than American.
I have to be honest, I'm not wowed by their design. There is nothing in the room connecting the yellow oven to the rest of the kitchen. The specific brown of the cabinets also clashes with the floors and the stainless steel.
I am not in love with the brown cabinets either. Although I love the backsplash and stove I don't like them with the wood. I am hoping it is just the lighting/ photography. In person they might look awesome. They can use yellow accessories to tie it in. I think the stools and backsplash work well together.
I had similar thoughts when I saw it. I had high expectations reading the comments but when I saw it I was underwhelmed. It does look very random and disconnected
So true. Nate and Jeremiah are really designers ? This marble table is ugly and doesn’t fit with the rest. You can put something not mid century in your kitchen but maybe not so big. The backsplash and chairs have green tons and should be with a bit of orange for the oven instead of this yellow which has connection to nothing
A Mid-century design signature was a single, brightly colored door, or range. The yellow Bertozzoni range is perfect + to die for. And, RUclips amateur "designers" are brutal. I'm not talking about Nate + Jeremiah there -- only the Commenters. Having said all that, having read the Comments at video-start: I love the design, N & J did beautifully.
Huh, I'm looking at those floors and thinking, that looks like what our apartment in Mexico had. It was built in the 60's or 70's. I don't know what terrazzo is but I'll look it up.
Well, if the apartment didn't have terrazo it had something similar. Those floors had lost their protective finish, so they got dirty easily. I would put a little bleach in the water when I mopped. It was an interesting apartment, it used to be a little school, so it was pretty big. Those floors, of all things.
@@Cem875 it's irrelevant. They said from the beginning they want to continue the floors, it's not an option and designer's need to listen, it's not their choice and they have or should have access to wholesale. I've updated my home several times and designer's always had wholesale access and sources to accommodate. Do this is BS
@@anniehovsepian6173 did we not watch the same video ?? they clearly said they couldn't do it with the current budget and renovate the kitchen .. sheeesh
@@Cem875 they could afford it without putting more money if designers made different choices. Why changing apppliances ? Why put this marble table ? The one they had fit better in this kitchen and looked more mid centuries than the new.
I have a very long island I thought it would be amazing it's not it breaks up the flow. I would give anything to have 2 islands instead of one long one
Couples need to speak out and be confident in their choices. When they were presented with a French mid-century theme, you could tell they were not particularly happy but did not want to offend a famous interior design couple. This is not their best
Very nice kitchen, but nobody who actually lived in the mid-century would ever call this open kitchen mid-century modern. It just ain't. It's contemporary with a HUGE honking yellow oven, purportedly "mid-century" chairs (that nobody actually had at the time), and a mid-century department store floor (think Sears). That's it. The only thing that makes this "mid-century modern" is the fact that the designers say it is. Designer historical revisionism is what this is, and at a premium price. Nowadays, though, a lot of designers are selling contemporary as "mid-century modern" for God-only-knows what reason.
The husband is hilarious! So into the project! Like a little kid getting some candy.
Congratulations to this couple who had their own vision and decided to stick to it. Terrazzo rules!!!

I don’t always like the exteriors of the houses on renovation shows, but this one is beautiful.
I completely connect to the couple's unwavering appreciation for terrazzo.
They are my best designers ,love their personality too❤️
Nate & Jeremiah are soo good with their designing and styling.
I'm falling in love with them about to watch the next show...
Love Australia xx
I think you did the best you could with the taste of the clients. Good job.

Love this design it turned out amazing.
Stunning the placement of the wine fridge was continuity at its best
I love how the mid century still looks very modern
This couple is adorable
Unique mid century. Great work. It will stay on fashion for ever..beautiful

Stunning, just absolutely stunning 🌟🌟🌟
Love love love how it turned out!
Love this you guys, just an excellent job.
This turned out almost perfect, the parts i dont like are just my preferences. These ppl will enjoy this for years.

It never was “in style” except in the 1950’s so yeah…
I have always hated mid century modern. You rocked it. It turned out amazing.

Just WOW!!!
Love the barstools!!!

Completely, and complete. Is all I heard.
Nice.
Idj the yellow stove is out of place should gotten a blue to match the tiles
I just saw this video in June 2023…
And I’ve just moved into my new tiny flat…
My kids insisted on a RED stove range…
The lady is just so cute. She steals the whole show....it's about her...not even the kitchen

Gorgeous transformation. Btw, she feels like im looking at a spitting-image of LADY GAGA. #RAWR ❤️
Cute couple. Ooooh-la-la.
I love the oven
WOW WOW WOW
I don’t appreciate the blue backsplash and the caramel cabinets, but I liked the yellow oven. It’s a little bit messy kitchen.
I love everything except the yellow range. I think a nice blue would have been much better. Yuck.
Continuing the floorings especially after having ingested in it is smart and the guys asking about "concrete" what did you not understand?!
The concrete was an alternative because they couldn't afford the terrazzo

Good to know.
Not my style but very pretty! Beautiful.
Has anyone in this episode seen a mid century home? What a mess. It’s all over the place. On a budget? Here’s an 8 grand oven. Ughhhh.
Wowwww

That sofa in the kitchen with those kids is concerning. Spills and sticky hands are bound to happen.
I just can’t get over with the kitchen cabinets. The colours doesn’t fit for me. Oh well everybody has a different taste and style anyway.

This is probably the only design from Nate & Jeremiah that I hate.
I guess you didn't see the episode where they painted the homeowners walls brown.

Looks hideous, 🤮
These people are so fake, ooo ahhhh really ?
