What a Ticketmaster Presale looks like on a desktop computer

If you were like me and had never bought a ticket from ticketmaster at presale and wanted to know what it would look like, here it is. Log in to your ticketmaster account first. Make sure your payment info is up to date. Have the credit card with you because you will need the security code to enter. Go to the event page at least 10 minutes before the presale starts. The page will switch over on its own once the countdown ends as you can see in the video. It acts similarly on an iPhone using the ticketmaster App. Then it will ask for the presale code. Enter it. Then it looks like a normal ticketmaster ordering page. Hope this helped!

Jackie R you’ll need to log in again onto Ticketmaster after clicking the link, not automatic unfortunately. Would be a little creepy if it were tbh 🤣

Not every Ticketmaster event has a presale. Ones like American Express often do. Sometimes members of the The performers fan clubs get them. Sometimes they put them out on their website or twitter or Instagram. Sometimes radio stations give them out. It allows you to get tickets before the regular seats go on saw. Usually a few days before the regular sale starts.

Nope, you’ll need to use the account that the code was tied to, otherwise it won’t authenticate when you log in and try to enter the cod

Enya think of it as an access code to be able to get access to buy something early. In this case the code allows you to purchase tickets in advance of the general sale, giving you a better opportunity to get good seats!
