You're right. I'm running an i7, 64gb ram and rtx3080 8gb and it stutters like fuck but damn, that lighting.
In the main setting, audio there is the option to turn off dinamic music
Custom as shadow map at 4000 bases lower it to 1500 for 10-15fps also disable core 0 ,install process lasso look a guide for it

Yeah, don't really like the 'action ' music either but the ambient and menu music/sounds are amazing.
looks great, but if you need a full magazine to down anyone at close range that’s too arcade for me
