    • @ExcellentHealth
      @ExcellentHealth  Месяц назад +4

      This topic is too simple for a video in my opinion. As long as the ghee comes from a healthy animal and the fat wasn't heated above a cow's body temperature when filtering out the milk solids, it's great.

    • @OmSharma-l9c
      @OmSharma-l9c Месяц назад +3

      Traditional ghee is made from heating up the cream made from a large amount of milk
      It is then boiled for many hours till all the water evaporates and we are left with fat (ghee)
      And I know many of u will now think isn’t that bad ? As in it isn’t at natural temperature of a mammal …
      For this , I don’t really have an answer maybe it is not optimal but maybe it is as I’ve observed that when people around the world eat raw food or OVERLY COOKED food which is heated for long periods of time , they get optimal health
      Ghee and milk has been the staple for Indians(Hindus) who don’t eat meat and eggs for many thousands of years
      Thank you for reading this long ass comment I hope u got some value ❤❤

      The body is amazing at adapting to things. The longer you eat a specific way, the better your body will utilize it over time. U.G> Krishnamurti only consumed cream and salt. I believe he became 88 years old.

      @ExcellentHealth but how did he got all nutrients from those two alone? I don't think that happened, although those were probably obtained in a more natural way than modern society usually does.

    • @ExcellentHealth
      @ExcellentHealth  Месяц назад +1

      Meat contains animal cells, and animal cells contain most of the nutrients you need. The body can also turn what you give it into what it needs, hence why so many people can function alright without eating pristine foods.

    there is no grass fed label on food in Europe At All

    • @ExcellentHealth
      @ExcellentHealth  Месяц назад +1

      Yes. I was going to ask Dr. Boros about this, but oxtail is lower in deuterium because the collagen in the tail doesn't need reinforcement. There doesn't need to be a grass fed label in my opinion. You can always contact the farms / companies in question and see how the cows are doing.
