Nid player probably had a different combat stance on his units which imo is responsible for some of the idleness in combat. Stun grenades are also possible
On 18:30 - How to avoid Carnifex as Missile Launcher Heavy Weapon Team? Use rocket jump! Great cast, as always. I enjoyed this match when I was playing, some nasty tricks with Tyranids -especially when they possessed my Leman Russ and the gatling gun started killing their own Guardsmen, so it took couple of seconds to understand what is happening and needed to self-destroy the unit.
12:14 My God ! I would never send imperial guards to charge against aliens in an open sandy field like he does without heavy units to back them. It reminds me that film "Starship Troopers". 14:00 Why the guards are not taking cover inside the bunker ? They could shoot from inside with no harm !
@@jackharrison6719 Infantry can man the guns inside Imperial Guard structures such as Infantry Command, Mechanized Command, Field Command, Listening Posts. 1 squad will fire lasguns. Second will fire plasma guns. Third squad will man the heavy bolters.
very late but, if you start from mod manager there is option there mod had a big update not so long ago, if you go moddb you can find it, if you have trouble go to nexus in the videos section there is a guide there
People will either play via steam of the Dawn of War online application you can download. I think if you type dawn of war online into google it's the first link. Also, the varying discords are a great place to get in on some action!

pretty good cast as the usual. a bit let down in the tyranid performance sadly. too slow and undecisive. good use of spore mines though.
He should've spammed carnifex chambers in his base and just used carnifexes to kill his base lol

Kind of disappointing how small the mode makes the Hierophant. It's supposed to be the Tyranid's answer to titans.

Not enough use of global abilities by the timid Tyranid player left an opening for IG to hammer home the win in this match.

That’s not really a bunker it’s infantry command and they can’t shoot out of it and most of the buildings can be garrison in the imperial guard

To put simply uni = large amount of content and lots of choice of who and how to play, UA = sceptical and epic sized battles
