Honestly its getting easier the stronger I get. it was a good challenge and was nice to have some in there i'd not seen you do before. I am 8 months pp and started using your platform from 3months pp and aside from eating well and doing 3-6 work outs a week of yours, and breastfeeding.. ive managed to lose 20kg and at 33 with 3kids be in the best shape of my life. I recommend you to so many mummas and actually just women in general. Thank you for showing up and giving us quality workouts to do in our own home with minimal to no gear!

I would say It was a 6/10. I am 5 months PP and I slowly started the workout routine 6 weeks ago. Since November I am now doing the monthly challenge and I love to see how I get stronger and workouts become easier. So for the future I would definitely like to go more advanced. I thought it was really good! Just challenging enough! Perfect! Quick question. With my 1st pregnancy, I didn’t have Diastasis Recti, but with my 2nd pregnancy I did/still do. I feel like maybe it’s just the stretched tummy skin hanging down when I do exercises on all 4s, but how can you know for sure? I engage my core as tightly as I can but that hang down still happens…
It's just loose skin. Your skin had to stretch out two times to carry such little treasures. It's okay, Mama. A lot of us mamas have the loose skin on our bellies

This is exactly the difficulty of workout I am looking for - I did the easier versions of the exercises and prefer having the option to pump it up if I want a challange or am further along in my postpartum fitness journey (7,5 months now)

3 weeks after giving birth! I followed a lot your exercise while pregnant and today I decided it s time to start the psptpartum workout. The intensity was increasing little bit little, and then of course going down with the cooling..for me the intensity was around 7!! Congratulations for all your effort and dedication! Loving your videos! Did some prenatal and now 3 months postpartum. I have had issues postpartum with pelvic floor strength due to a tear. I know your videos talk a lot of about diastasis safe but are you able to do one focused on low pelvic floor impact moves as well?
