Then I specifically looked for videos where Travis taught those topics. I’d often listen to his videos on the road or doing household chores. Just browse through his videos on his page.

Travis, I am so grateful for finding your RUclips channel. I’m in Georgia and passed my state exam yesterday!! I watched your videos everyday for the past 2 weeks and I kicked ass on the exam! I didn’t get nearly half this level of understanding with my school instructor. Thanks again for sharing your videos.

Travis you explain it all so well.Thanks for making these videos public. It kind of turns my stomach though how the wealthy escape paying taxes through the tax codes on property capital gains. It is a sad statement of the American society and lack of dispersing wealth. Am I the only one?
Do you do a video that covers Appendix A or Appendix C? Or is it the one labeled "License laws" Also. Your videos are the only way I can learn this. You give the "why' which is so important to someone who learns the way I do! You're the best!

I have a question, no one has answered, so a broker list a commercial property advertise as 50,000 square/feet and a different broker representing the lessor doesn’t check the facts and a 10 year lease is sign and then the client finds out the property is 20,000 sq/f less what can the commission do I believe is the question or is the contract null there for there is nothing to do?

Can you tell me if the content has changed due to change on the laws and regulations on the real estate in North Carolina portion of the test as well on the state portion of the test? Also, once I get my license, can I take your post license classes and CE classes? I really like your style.

The answer depends on the state where this occurs. In NC, the Commission could discipline both licensees in the transaction.
