@@traviseverette Agreed‼ The course I'm taking is all read and answer questions with a snippet of 1 or 2 minutes of actual human teaching... Not a very classroom like environment. I did buy the Georgia real estate license exam prep and Flash Cards to help me along though 😬

Travis, I don't usually comment on social media, but I have to thank you like all the others. I am taking a class (had my license years ago but let it lapse), and my teacher also just seems to read the book really quickly and tell us what to highlight. Watching your videos has helped me so much, like everyone else has said. You really seem to have a gift of bringing even the boring stuff to life and making it much easier to understand.

Travis, I can not tell you how much you helped me. I took an online class, and in conjunction watched your RUclips classes. I just took my exam for the first time today and PASSED! Now saying this, I am in Oklahoma, did I see where you were liscensed to come to Oklahoma and teach continuing education? If so I would LOVE to sit in your class (per covid regulations).
Tiffany, I do go to OK usually once or twice a year to teach. Not sure when that will resume.

Hi Travis! I put 20% down when I bought my home a few months ago but I still pay mortgage insurance. is there a way to get rid of the mortgage insurance?
Seems like you need to have that conversation with your mortgage lender. I can't imagine why you would have mortgage insurance if you put 20% down. Are you sure you're not referring to either title insurance or homeowner's insurance? They are all different things.
@@traviseverette In the pmt details says private mortgage insurance (PMI). I will call my lender and double-check that.

Question: why does Fannie Mae want an FHA loan insured by ginnie Mae first before buying it, If it’s already insured by the FHA.
The FHA insurance is applied and administered by Ginnie Mae (GNMA)
So when you say that Fannie Mae wants risky loans insured before buying it, the insurance IS the FHA?
